Carisma has really nice cars. I went to the dealership to just look at a vehicle and they actually did not have the one I wanted but found another on the lot. The process was good and I am well satisfied with my 2008 Infinity. I traded in my car and I thought the offer was a good deal.

I bought my car from this dealer and I will continue to buy my cars from them. Everything was good and everyone that helped me was friendly and I tell everyone to buy their cars from them. I drove from Miami to Tampa because they had the car I was looking for.

Before calling Carisma I had inquired other dealerships about cars and it took them a long time to get back to me. NOT CARISMA, THEY WERE QUICK! Carisma called me back even before I had a chance to ask another question. They were prompt and I work kind of far from the dealership and it was taking a long time to get there and Tony stayed and waited for me. I dealt mainly with Tony and Liz. They were great. Liz was very patient with me since I was having trouble getting the information she needed to complete the process. It was just a great overall experience. The only thing that shocked me, and this isn't a reflection on Carisma, was that I didn't know I had to pay an additional fee for the tag. But I will definitely recommend Carisma to my friends and family.

I bought a car and my experience was great. I picked out the vehicle I wanted and Carisma made it happen. They found some issues with the car but they ordered the parts quickly and with no hassle. I'm just waiting for the parts to come in.

I had a very good experience with Carisma. I recently had a career change and usually it would be a hassle to get finance approved. Carisma actually had 2 or 3 banks willing to approve me. That was a plus.

The car buying experience is frustrating, however, Carisma was quite the opposite. The quickest process was the finance, Tony made it happen even though my credit score is low. I felt like it was an unusual experience because buying a car can be long and I was pleasantly pleased with how quick it took.

Great customer service. I have bad credit, but Carisma was able to get me approved with affordable payments. There was a scratch on the rear bumper which they took care of it with out charging me. Thank you guys. Ece Yamac
