Pleasantly Surprised

Found an Rx350 on cars.com at this dealer after looking for 3 months. Tony and Dan took care of my financing with no issues at all. I highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a used car. They were by far the most reasonable people I've ever dealt with buying a car and provided exceptional service Thanks Fortune!

fake advertising, lying to people , wasting my tim

they put add car for sale I called if still there they said yes we just did service on it so I was on my way and hour later they called me and said that car is not available because boss is driving that car , BS , scam

After being in the market for 3 months I found a Jeep on their website and decided to make the drive to check it out. The dealer was easy to find and I was greeted by Tony who made us feel at home right away. The jeep was actually cleaner than I expected and the dealership itself was very clean too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle and will definitely look them up again as my daughter will be in the market.

Best experience ever!!!

I was researching to switch my Escape to a Transit for work but I still needed a back seat for my 2 year old. Everything in the city was way too expensive so I expanded my search and ended up at Fortune Motor Group with Tony and did not need to look any further. I explained what kind of deal I needed and Tony made it happen. No hassle, no negotiation, no stress. I took 5 days to get my wife to agree and was not pressed or pressured by Tony who stayed patient and put the car to the side for me just in case. My wife and I baby went to buy it together, it was 1 2 3, Tony had the the mechanic take out the extra seat I didn't need. The whole experience was just so great that I had to figure out how to write my first review. Thank you Fortune Motor Group and thank you Tony Ayala. I love the Transit.
