Good service, car's wheel were damaged and they swapped for new ones free of charge.

i have purchased several cars over many years. After my last purchase I had many issues and then my credit became an issue. I thought i would never be able to get into another loan. Not only did fortune auto find me a great car but they got me approved easily and made me feel like I actually got a great deal. Everyone there was friendly and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. Juan answered all my question and Stephania made sure everything was approved and that I was comfortable with my payments. Thanks so much to the staff... I was without a car for several months and with 4 kids it was the impossible. I will be bringing my oldest back when she is ready to purchase her first car.

First let me begin by saying that I've bought three cars in less than a year, all at different dealerships. Also, I'm a lawyer so my time is incredibly valuable. With both of these factors in mind, I highly recommend Fortune Motor Group. I have never had such a hassle-free, friendly and efficient car buying experience. We worked with Stephania, and she was fantastic. She worked with my husband to find the car he was looking for, and then sent me everything by email so I could get together all the information she needed to finalize the sale before I actually arrived at the dealership. As soon as I was able to come in, she explained everything very clearly and had everything perfectly organized for us so that I simply had to sign a few documents and we were done! I t was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience in my entire life. I highly recommend this place and Stephania in particular. The facilities are pretty bar bones, but it is worth it as their prices are very competitive.

Sent an email to set up a time to look at truck on their lot. When I arrive the truck was around back in the garage. They were repairing the back cap lift gate handle. Nice enough looking truck. Could tell had just been cleaned shampooed etc. Checked a few things out under the truck, but when I checked the oil fill cap, I noticed the oil was yellow , foamy and sticky. That means antifreeze in the oil. Not interested. Had I know their was an isssue with the engine I would not have drove an hour out to see this truck. Show room was dirty. Some kind of lizard in the showroom. Lot it really small hard to get in or out of. Just not what I am looking for. Would not recommend them to any one.

I found Fortune Motors through truecar and saw a 2011 Ford Escape that caught my attention, so I decided to come and check it out. Upon my arrival, Rick was Super respectful, we sat down, I told him about the car I wanted to see, and a little bit about myself, and he made it happen. Well I found out I wasn't a big fan of the Escape so Rick showed me some better options and was really patient throughout the whole process, Finally I decided on a 2013 Murano that had a dead battery, and all I had to do was ask Rick to replace the battery and he didn't even think twice. The point I'm trying to make is Rick very respectful and honest guy, I will be back in the future to make another purchase!

I purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition from this dealership. They made me feel like I've been a customer for years. Their staff members were extremely friendly and cared about me getting a great deal. I am very pleased with Fortune Motors. When I am in the market for another vehicle, I will plan to stop here first. Salesman Rick was extremely helpful throughout my buying process.
