Love my 4-runner
Really easy process, found the deal on the internet and called the dealership to setup a time to visit. I got a great price and the car was in amazing condition. Highly recommend

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
After talking to Nick for three days. We scheduled an appointment to have me come look at a truck I was interested in. I made an appointment and texted him to confirm. I drove an hour to come see this truck only to find out they sold it the day before. All I got was I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe employees need more training? Waste of my time and gas! Thanks a lot.

Great dealership!
Thanks for the great experience. Would recommend to family and friends. They had a reconditioning but it wasnt to bad on the car I picked. Only 899. And with that it was still the best deal in 800 miles. Thanks Bosco

Shady Business Practices! Don’t buy from them!!!
Don’t be fooled by their internet prices and shiny showroom! They tried to add $3000 for “accessories” and when I asked, it was suddenly for “reconditioning and bank fees”. Then I was asked for my debit card but told it would not be run yet. Before I even saw a contract, they ran the card and asked me to sign the authorization. When I demanded a refund, of course the contract was suddenly ready. The refund was processed and again they wanted me to sign the authorization for running my card in the first place. I was so done at this point that I left! You don’t take my money before I even know the details of the purchase...including the fine print. Shady business and not worth the time to even go there.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
My car needed new brakes and rotors. Everyone here was was SO friendly, super efficient and best of all, they even provided a FREE loaner for me to cruise around in until my car was ready. Couldnt be happier with my overall experience and car. 10/10 would recommend.

Misleading!!
Don’t be fooled by their showroom - it’s paid for by misleading internet prices. My husband went in with cash in hand (from 120 miles away) for a car on their website. When he was ready to buy it, they added almost $3,000 on a $10,000 car for “reconditioning fees”. What could possibly cost $3,000 to recondition on a car with 40k miles and no Carfax issues?!? It wasn’t even rated an exceptional value on Cargurus at $10k.

One happy Veteran
Absolutely amazing experience. Was looking for the perfect first car for my daughter and these guys had it and I couldn't be happier. Phenomenal service all around, especially from Bryan K. This guy went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal on a car they didn't even technically have on inventory yet. He had everything ready by the time I got there and the whole team stayed after closing to make sure I was able to buy the car. There was no pressuring to purchase anything, just good people wanting to sale quality vehicles at great prices. It's kinda like buying a car from a buddy; very uncommon experience at a dealership. A very quick process at an immaculate facility. And when everything was done the manager, who also stayed, came out to thank me for my business and my Military service. Will defiantly be going back. Highly recommended again and again. One happy Veteran!

Pleasant Experience
A couple of cars I was shopping for popped up at this dealership. I had never heard of them, but I wanted to check out the cars. Its a bit out of the way for me, but I found it was well worth the drive! The facilities are top notch. The dealership is located in a brand new building that feels very upscale. I met the owner, his brother and his father. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them instead of a large dealership. There is no dog and pony show. You drive the car, make an offer, negotiate trade value and close the deal. They even went the extra mile to ensure that I got the lowest rate available. My salesperson, Allen was easy going and personable. He was helpful and courteous and didn't pressure me at all. I got a very fair amount for my trade. Overall, I am very pleased with Bosco Auto Group. I would strongly recommend them, if you are in the market for a nice used vehicle.

Good People - Low Rates - Questionable Tactic?
Saw a Great Deal price listing on Car Guru's from this dealership for a top trim model 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. After scouring all other dealer sites and possible options it was clear that the vehicle from this dealership was priced well below market value. I called on a Sunday not knowing that the dealership was closed, but Jason answered my call and was awesome right from the start. He told me the vehicle was still available and that there was someone else scheduled to come up and see the next morning, so I made an appointment for that next afternoon. Jason kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and he let me test drive/check out the vehicle for a couple of hours. Vehicle had some cosmetic repair work which was evident but they did a good job at getting it looking in the right condition. I was extremely pleased with everything until we got inside to pay and found out that the price posted online hadn't yet added in "Service Fees" for performing the repairs. Van ended up costing ~$2,200 more than what was listed on Car Guru's, but the cost still ended up being about the same as what I'd seen on other sites while looking. Seemed kinda like a bait and switch tactic, but all in all I was happy with the vehicle that I received and Jason found me a great interest loan through a credit union . Was able to get 0 Down at 4.25% based on a 703.. I'd definitely recommend them again thanks to Jason. He made the whole process extremely easy and was very accommodating. Their current location is a little cramped, but they're just about to move to a new lot. Look forward to doing business with them again. Recommended.

Horribly Deceptive Sales Policies
Most every dealership I've encountered on any of the car sites is very transparent in pricing and fees. Public Auto Brokers was completely the opposite - almost $5k in "dealer fees" on top of the price of the vehicle. Wasted my time and theirs. Prototypical example of why the term "used car salesman" has the meaning it does.
