It was a pleasure, working with Doug and Jeff at Bud & Doug Walters Auto Sales earlier this month. I am getting used to my newest ever used vehicle, a 2012 Ford Escape XLT. Will never deal with other used car dealers again. Have purchase almost 10 cars throughout the years from Doug and have always appreciated the well-maintained and clean cars he has on his lot. He has always been very honest and treats us like friends.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and had a few minor issues, none of which were their fault by any means! For example, I noticed that I had these spots all over the hood of my car, that were from these berries that kept falling from this tree I would always park under at work! Started to take the paint off so I called them just to see if there was anything they could do to remove them. They happily looked at what was going on and tried the best they could to remove the spots. Then I must've hit a pretty bad pot hole and my splash guard from underneath my car became loose, they happily fixed that as well. The customer service is absolutely amazing, fast, SO friendly and Doug is always going above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy. You don't get customer service like that these days, so it's a great feeling knowing that you're going to be taken care of. Really and truly, it's been a wonderful experience all the way around.

I would never go anywhere else! The staff at Bud and Doug Walters are so friendly and accomodating. They sell quality vehicles at good prices and stand by their product.

Found a used Toyota Highlander for my wife at Bud and Doug's Auto Sale about 3 years ago. She came in looked at it and test drove it. Fell in love with it, so we traded our Buick Lucerne in on it. Doug gave us more for trade in than any other dealer around. We have not had any problems at all. Doug and his sales staff are very professional, knowledge and helpful. Absolutely no pressure to buy the vehicle which impressed me the most. When it was time for one of our church members to buy a van, I took him over to Doug needless to say they bought a Toyota Sienna from him. They are very pleased with their vehicle. Recently I purchased a town and country minivan from him and trade in my vehicle again Doug gave me more on trade in than the other dealers. So far no problems with the vehicle. I believe Doug gets in quality cars and has them check out and serviced. I can't say enough about Doug and his staff, great people to work with. I will be returning Doug when were ready to buy another vehicle.

Found the vehicle at Bud & Doug's online through Cars.com. Their friendly staff responded quickly and accurately, allowing me to get everything set up in 1 day from 2 hours away. When we got there to pick it up, the remaining process took less than 30 minutes and we were on the road with our "new" vehicle.
