I'm updating my 2016 review. At that time I bought a 2011 Rav4 and over three years later could not be happier. I've driven this car across country twice and what confidently start out again next year. It's never given me a moment's trouble and I love everything about it. Plan to drive it until the wheels fall off and then I'll visit Doug and Bud again for my next vehicle.

Recommend highly. Would give them 6 stars if i could. Brought a lot of cars in my life and this is the best car buying experience ever. Professional, knowledgeable and trusting people to work with. I will buy the rest of my car and trucks from Bud and Doug Walters, INC

I highly recommend Walters...in fact I do often. Just yesterday someone asked what I was driving and commented what a beautiful vehicle it is. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Walters. As you probable noticed, the vast magoriyt of the reviews are glowing testimonies to Doug and all of his staff. Mine is no different. If you wasn't to find a negative thought or word; don't ask us or read this review. We have never found a staff as competent and worthy of your business. You cannot lose. We have bought three cars from this team( two within the last year). We loved our first two and mentioned that we were interested in a very specific car if they found one the one they found has truly exceeded my wildest hopes. It was like finding the powerball winning ticket in your coat pocket. They work as a team , the owner , sales staff, mechanics, detailed to provide outstanding customer service. They are worthy of being given an Oscar for their individual performances thank you so much for making this world just a little bit better.

This is the third time I have purchased a vehicle from Bud and Doug Walters Auto Sales. They are wonderful and easy to work with. This time I went in with three vehicles I wanted to test drive and a short window of time. Claire prepared the first, and had each one ready whenever I pulled back into the parking lot. Dough Walters is an absolute professional! From start to finish, Doug was nothing short of fantastic. I bought a great car from him, and will always buy from him. He is a gem for Kalamazoo.

This is the first car I bought from Bud and Doug's and I will certainly buy from them again. The vehicle is extremely clean. I was treated very fairly on the two vehicles I traded in.

I stopped by one evening to ask about trading my 2001 PT Cruiser. I needed to replace it within 3 months with a quality affordable run-around car. Jeff Kirk was very informative and a NO PRESSURE sales person... how refreshing! And Doug was honest but sincerely apologetic about the value of my 15 year old car with 222,000+ miles! Both even complimented me on how I had maintained my car over the years. By the next morning I was driving away in a shiny red Ford Focus that looked, smelled, and drove like new even though it was older than most on the lot. It fit my budget perfectly! They do indeed live up to the high ratings for service and quality of cars they sell. Thanks, Doug & Jeff, I'm one happy gal!
