Edited review 5/31/25-General Manager Aleesa reached out to me directly. Arranged an appt and provided a car to drive while services being done. She was incredibly helpful and showed that this dealership really takes care of their customers. Made an Appointment weeks in advance to have my oil changed. I arrived at my scheduled time of 10am. Told the service advisor I was going to Walmart and i’d be backed as I had a birthday party to attend at 1pm. I retuned at noon only to find that my car had not been touched. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I’m a super busy person and taking the time to drop off my car took advance planning. Ben the service advisor acted like it was my fault because I wasn’t able to leave my car there for 8 hours (all day) to have a simple oil change. I left with no oil change. Funny that this was the free maintenance Chevy offers. That’s one way to not stand by your promise, make it impossible to get the service done. I need to add that a year later I’m still trying to get my 2nd key that should have been given to me the day I bought the Car in June 2024. I guess it takes 6 months to order a replacement key that the dealership could not find. Needless to say avoid avoid avoid!

Edited- General Manager Aleesa & Service Manager made everything right and were incredibly helpful. I will give this dealership another chance. Good Management can make all the difference. Bought new Vehicle from Ron Anderson in June 2024 and They still have not given me my 2nd key to it. I’ve visited and called the dealership a dozen times. They do don’t seem to think it is important. I also never got the car washed and the car was in empty when I left the lot. They promised they would do these things at a later date and it never happened. I scheduled my first maintenance appt 4 weeks in advance for today at 10am. Dropped the car off at 10am and told Ben I’d be back shortly. I returned 2 HOURS later and they hadn’t started the simple oil change I requested. Avoid this dealership unless you want to be disappointed over and over again. You would think after the key situation they would at least change the oil during the Appt I made. I was told Id need to leave the car there for the entire day to have the oil changed, that’s absurd. So much for getting the free oil change they promised. I should t be surprised.

What started with an oil change and a check engine light
What started with an oil change and a check engine light turned into a nightmare. Turns out the root cause of the check engine light is the same issue we experienced a year and a half ago. While under warranty I was advised they could not find a coolant leak after a pressurized test, but yet did not address what caused the coolant to ?evaporate.? Year and a half later same check engine light, and no coolant. The only difference is - 1. I added coolant before taking it, 2 - No longer under warranty and 3 - Now they found my water pump needs to be replaced. I received a quote from Ben (3:09) after calling the dealership due to no response, with a promise from Ben he would call me back in 5 - 10 minutes while checking on the part. No call back so then we spoke with Courtney who then quoted a different price. Magically the quote I received via a url sent via text disappeared. Then a new text was received (5:48) with a new higher quote. Every time we asked to speak with the Service Manager he was ?tied up.? The extreme lack of communication, price manipulation, excuses provided when asked ?was the water pump the source of the slow leak?, and overall disregard of their loyal customers, ensured we will have another mechanic / dealership provide services.

Timeline: 10:30: Arrive for appointment. 10:43: Rep comes over and says that someone will be with me. 10:49: Finally checked in. 11:00: Rep gets my signature. Says time it will take is 3-4 hours. 11:10: I depart back to work. 4:35: Arrive back at dealership. I see my truck parked near the service bay. 4:45: service rep says they are pulling my truck in now. I say it’s been here for 6 hours. I ask is it going to be done today. He responds yes we are putting our best man on it. So they are now going to complete a 3-4 hour job in half the time. 5:50: I have bad news. We have the wrong rotors for your vehicle. Why wasn’t my vehicle brought back in the order it was received based on appointment and arrival time? If the oil changes were done before me then you’re telling me I’m the only person that had a non routine service today? If I’m not then where are all the people that came after me. What happened is because I left you all put me to the back of the line. Then when I showed up THAT’S when it magically becomes my turn for you all to begin the work on my vehicle and it’s been here DOUBLE the quoted work time. If you’d have started my vehicle in the order it was brought in then you’d have discovered that the rotors were wrong but that’s a probably a lie but I don’t know. Could be a lie. Could be that the job DOES take 3-4 hours and it couldn’t be done in the hour and forty-five minutes. Just say that. Quit lying and covering each other. Oh and this is the SECOND time it has happened to me. The first time the branch manager gave me a ride home. She’s a big Celtics fan.

If I could give negative stars it would be -5. Charged me 5000 to fix AC system and did not fix the problem. While they had it apart I asked to change all of my blend door actuators. They did not do it now they want to charge me 1500 to 2000 more to change a blend door. Never use the place they will just rip you off and not fix your problem.

Thank you for responding. But i have fixed the problem my self. I brought this car in and told the service person that it was probably a blend door issue. After paying to have almost everything replaced in the ac system they never addressed the issue I told them it was. I replaced the blend door my self and now everything works perfectly. I got charged $5000 and had the same exact problem I took it in for. This place is a rip off.

Sales vs. Service Center customer service comparison. My overall customer service experiences between the two departments were night and day. My experience with Sales was exceptional. Whereas service center experience was well below satisfactory borderline terrible with multiple messages containing questions about repairs, rental procurement process through warranty and multiple requests for the reservation info going unanswered. Add that to the zero calls I received about updates or to provide requested information. This lack of communication resulted outgoing calls numbered in the double digits with only three answered, and ultimately led to me having to take off work early in order to stop by and get answers face to face, .
