I just bought a 2017 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership. I had a great experience and couldn't be happier with the car! I worked with Kyle over the course... of a week to figure out exactly what I wanted and when it came down to buying the car he gave me a great price. The service was amazing every time I went in and I never felt pushed. Kyle was patient and respectful, just all around a great person to work with! I checked out RAV4s at a couple other dealerships and I had the best experience at Jimmy Vasser by far.
John C. was awesome at helping my family determine what best suited our needs by simply listening. We went onto the lot with a set of ideas, but after... talking about our lifestyle, driving habits, etc, John sold my family a car that was less costly than what we thought we needed. Score! I went to Napa Toyota looking for a used NEW car for myself. Let me tell you, I was in and out of there much more quickly than expected. Lawrence exceeded... my expectations in a "car salesman" you just don't get that "pressure" feel with him. He's there to do his job and most of all help. He definitely allows you to express exactly what your looking for and will do his best to find it. Lucas and Jill were just as amazing! They helped with the process that made everything run so smoothly. Thank you for making the process enjoyable.
Did not send payment to pay off the vehicle that I had traded in. Other customers on Yelp shared the same experience. Not trustworthy and incompetent.
I had a horrible experience with John Callhoon in sales at this dealership. I live four hours away from this dealership so I specifically asked the sales... rep John Callhoon over the phone if the truck I liked smelled like smoke before I were to make the four hour drive to see the car in person. John assured me on two occasions the truck didn't smell like smoke and that he quote "even had another sales guy confirm it didn't smell like smoke inside." I drove four hours to the dealership with a check in my hand and the truck smelled like an absolute ASH TRAY inside. Better yet - when I got there all the windows were rolled down on the truck and there was air freshener pods inside of the truck to attempt to cover up the smell. The smoke smell inside of the truck was so bad I immediately felt sick to my stomach and walked away. This is such bad business I cant believe this dealership is in business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will be posting this review on every social media and review platform possible. -Ben A
On March 5th, 2019 I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry SE "Special Edition" in Blue Streak Metallic. I was very happy with my salesperson Martin, and the transaction... went smoothly. Just a few days later is where the issue started: I started hearing popping/creaking noises that seemed to be coming from the moonroof area when driving over uneven terrain, speed bumps, and pulling into my driveway. At first I thought it might be a suspension issue, and not the roof area, so I contacted Martin. He said that although the vehicle was just past the 3-year/36000 mile warranty (it has 29,500 miles) that Jimmy Vasser Toyota is committed to taking care of their customers, and he would contact his manager LUCAS to see what they could do. During the next couple days, I did some research and found that this is a common issue with certain years of Camrys (the moonroof noise), and that there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for this issue, which covers it under the 3-year/36000 mile warranty. (as I previously stated, my car is just past the three-year period, but under the 36000 mile limit) Yesterday, March 15th, Martin contacted me back and told me that LUCAS had said they WOULD NOT take my car in to look at and possibly fix the issue. I am extremely disappointed that after having the car for only a few days, and reporting this noise, that Jimmy Vasser Toyota won't stand behind their product. I also find it very difficult to believe that none of the other sales people or service people that drove this car never heard that noise. Customer service and standing behind your product should always be a priority for a business, and Jimmy Vasser's management has, unfortunately, failed in both these areas.
I sold them my truck 6 weeks ago. Since there was a lien on it, they said it could take up to 4 weeks to get my portion of the leftover money (approximately... $5k). It’s been 6 weeks and still haven’t received a check. Keep getting lip service from the sales person. Don’t recommend working with them.
They were very quick to respond to my inquiries. Very good with answering my questions. They both call and email me to follow up with me in regards to... my suv search.
they lied about having a car and could care less about it! They made us wait over 1 hour saying they could not find the keys- turns out the car was not... even there-this is after they emailed and called 2 hours earlier stating they were waiting for me!Stay Away!
I went with CASH to buy the car that I was told was at the dealer- Had an appt, took the day off work and drove almost 2 hrs. Upon arrival, the dealer... was not only not ready, but claimed they could not find the keys. People scrambled saying they might be at another location for 1 hour- then I was told they could not even find the car! They asked- do you want to see a silver one? Now they do not even contact me back as I asked they please let me know about the car! Very poor way of doing business!
