I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jimmy Vasser Toyota, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine hospitality and a no-pressure atmosphere. The team here is knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. The inventory was impressive, with a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. The staff took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect fit without pushing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Financing was simple, and everything was explained clearly and honestly. Whether you’re looking for a new Toyota, a used car, or just need service, Jimmy Vasser Toyota is the place to go. They treat you like family and make sure you drive away happy. Highly recommend!

**Unprofessional and Completely Unreliable** My

**Unprofessional and Completely Unreliable** My experience with Jimmy Vasser was beyond frustrating. Chris Ettell assured me he could acquire the vehicle I wanted, and I waited an entire month based on their word. Then, just **three days** before I was scheduled to pick it up, they suddenly informed me they **couldn’t get it after all**. This was an absolute waste of my time and a clear sign of poor business practices. Their lack of transparency throughout the process was unacceptable. If they had been upfront from the beginning, I could have made other arrangements instead of being left scrambling at the last minute. This dealership is completely unreliable, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you value your time and expect professionalism, **stay far away**.

Will Cress and Lucas Will Cress and Lucas Wurz were both terrific and gave me excellent and very courteous service. Will explained everything in detail and answered all of my many questions. They were both very helpful. They gave me a very good trade-in and an excellent price for my new 4-Runner. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

I don’t normally give reviews, but this time I feel the need to give a review. I have been buying cars trucks and SUV’s from Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet for more than 10 years now and the one person I’ve come to rely on Is Lucas Wurz, he goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied and treated with respect. Lucas always get me the best deals on buying a new car and he give me great deals on my trade in’s. He also treats all customers like family, he is honest and trustworthy and he will go out of his way to make sure your buying experience is a great one. I have never had a dealership treat me as well as at Jimmy Vasser and the main reason, because of Lucas Wurz who is the General Manager of not only Jimmy Vasser Toyota but also Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet. You won’t find a better dealership than Jimmy Vasser and that’s all because of Lucas Wurz and his team of experts. If you’re looking for a New or Used car then look no further then Jimmy Vasser and ask for Lucas Wurz you won’t be disappointed whatsoever. Thank you Lucas for all of your help and for being the best General Manager ever!!!!!!!

Straight Up Scammers

I purchased my car from them so of course I go in for maintenance. Had my car serviced and was told that my front brakes were installed incorrectly, and that it would cost over 800 dollars to replace them. I had new ones installed in February. Took it in to Big O and they told me the brakes were totally fine and there was just a small piece that had popped out (which apparently is normal). Funny how Jimmy Vasser wanted me to pay them an insane amount for virtually nothing. Beware when you have the service your car because they will try to charge you for random stuff just to make more money off of you. Very slimy and dishonest service.

Dishonest, cheaters, not trustworthy.

My family and I purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang from them and we believed that this was a serious and professional business. I don’t recommend them. Be careful because they don’t disclose the accidents on the vehicles. No one disclosed that the Mustang had two accidents and one of them was a serious one causing an air bag deployment. They also lied about how the car ended up on the lot. We were told that a young lady traded it in, but they actually bought it from an auction. What really upsets me is how they can lie to your face for money instead of just being honest with the customers. Yes, part of it was my fault for not getting a carfax report, yes they cheated me, but will I come back to buy from them again? NO, I WILL NOT! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP EITHER.

My husband and I got vehicles from Jimmy Vasser Toyota 4

My husband and I got vehicles from Jimmy Vasser Toyota 4 months ago. I am leaving my review now to actually let you know the quality of vehicles they’re selling off the lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They’re nice, and have great customer service, but that’s about it. I got a 2019 RAV 4 with 9,000 miles on it and in a week it needed to be serviced for the front transfer case. My husband bought a 2019 Jaguar F-pace and after 2 months we had to replace the battery because it kept dying. $500 down the drain! We thought that would be the end of the problems, so we drove it on our road trip to our home state, MT. Two days after being in Montana the engine light comes on and of course there are no mechanics nearby that works on a Jaguar. Long story short, they do not sell reliable cars. They will break down on you 6 months or less. The absolute worst decision we ever made and we will tell all our friends and family to never do business here.
