Hillside Automall

I visited Hillside Automall on Saturday, May 18th to trade in my 2010 Dodge Avenger, with a car more recent. I chose to go to Hillside Automall because I purchased my Avenger from them last July, 2012. I thought everything would be ok, with no hassles or heartache...I was wrong. My sales rep was James. He seemed friendly and professional. My husband was with me. After the credit check, we had to see Cassandra to see if I could get loan approval. Here's where things get sketchy....I was approved (or so I thought) for a loan by car finance. On Wednesday (May 22nd) I receive a disturbing phone call while working from Cassandra telling me I needed to bring the vehicle back, because car finance did not approve my loan. What kind of dealer is this? Gives you the car and you are not even approved yet? I also found out that someone at this dealership changed some info AFTER I signed my credit application. Believe me when I say I am more than disgusted with the level of customer service I was shown. I will never deal with Hillside Automall ever again. Oh I will get my Nissan Altima, WITHOUT the help of this dealer!! Its a wrap!

Eric my salesmen, Cassandra, and Muriel were great. Very helpful, polite and friendly. Stop by and ask for Eric he is a great salesperson. If your looking to buy a Car definitely look for Eric, he'll take good care of you. I love my new car
