Im completely in all at the NON professional sales...

Im completely in all at the NON professional sales manager Mark at this location - I had worked with Sean and Ray (which was great and pleasant) on a SUV and was on my way with $53,500.00 check in hand to get my BIRTHDAY gift from my husband!! at 10ish in the morning I was confirming everything and asked what was needed to secure the SUV because I was traveling 2 hrs to get it, and the sales mgr Mark took the call because Sean was busy and Ray was off. So in the start of the call he was completely rude stating he would NEVER have done a deal that low on this SUV ect. I stated ok no worries but Sean did and I have the check in hand, I asked what did need from my bank to confirm everything. He said all he needed was the bank to email him and Sean details and they would pull it off the lot. My bank sent email and cc'd me @12:31pm I was so EXCITED and couldnt wait to get on the road to get my new SUV!!! Then the RUDE Mark calls me at 3:00pm (same day) and says we just sold the SUV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was like huh stop playing lol honestly thinking he was trying to kid around due to him being such a rude person on our first call........ BUT NO he wasnt kidding AT ALL I say all that to say ............. who ever is the boss over MARK needs to really rethink having such a rude nasty person deal with customers that are ready to drop THOUSANDS of $$$$$$$$$$$$$

I do understand as this is by far my first car Ive bought, THE WHOLE issue is how your employee Mark talked and treated me ON top of selling the SUV i was on way to pick up, AND had provided everything YOUR team asked me for to secure it Again very disappointed
