I had an absolutely terrible experience with Eastern
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Eastern Shore Toyota. Not only will I never do business with them again I will make sure my family and friends know not to do business with them. The vehicle I purchased was damaged by careless employees and when I brought the damage to their attention they just passed the blame. I have never experienced anything like this. If you are reading this review do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

The salesperson did not have knowledge of car.
The salesperson did not have knowledge of car. They couldn’t get a payoff on my trade in. Waisted 3 hours of our time!!! Spent 2 hours just trying to get payoff. Also the price advertised was not the listed price of the car!!!

Horrible service department brought my car in had an appointment pulled up to the service lane told the guy I had an 11:30 appointment. He told me everybody has an 11:30 appointment and pointed to the line of cars waiting. I ask the guy how long of a wait he says anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 and a half hours the. He tells me the system is down so it won’t be 10 minutes I go inside ask for help from the salesman he tells me that’s not his area so I asked for the General Manager they tell me his name is Zac Bell but he is of course not in as he is a really busy man. I drove 80 miles round trip and accomplished nothing!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Eastern Shore Toyota!! THEY DO NOT BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE WITH SERVICE and THEY WILL TREAT YOU TERRIBLY!! THEY ARE THE WORST

Myself and my wife went to Eastern shore Toyota on December 31, 2025 after deciding to buy a new Tundra for the business as a tax write off. My wife had to leave to run the business and I stayed to complete the deal. Salesman was well aware I did not have to buy this as my 2021 GMC Canyon elevation. Was in great shape, paid for and low mileage. And knew we wanted this as a tax write off only. After sitting there all day and while sitting down in finance office I realized was wrong and had not listed my wife nor her LLC on paperwork. My salesman assured me he would get this fixed so I waited on him to call which never happened. I proceeded to bother him on this after this. Nos he tells me nothing he can do. I would have never signed anything and walked away had I not trusted in his word that he would fix it. I guess I am a sucker. However, in my opinion not the way to do business. A man is only as good as his word. Now I am not only stuck with a high car payment I did not have to have but also screwed on taxes. A new vehicle write off is huge in taxes.

I have been trying to get this fixed for a month. However, seems like all they worry about is there numbers and bonuses for the sale. Not living up to there word.
I tried to reach out to the number listed above. However, could not even leave a voice mail. I can be reached at my number 251-232-4761. Only thing I am mad about is they told me they would fix it intially. Now say there is nothing they can do. I was willing to pay to do paperwork again or whatever it takes to have my wife’s name and LLC added to paperwork. Like I say, people just concern themselves with there numbers or bonuses whatever. I will continue to turn everyone I know away from your dealership as this is not right.
I can not even get my paperwork to transfer my plates. Been since 12-31-2024 since I bought it.
