Andrew Lemovitz at Eastern Shore Toyota was

Andrew Lemovitz at Eastern Shore Toyota was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. The dealership accidentally advertised a lower price for the car I wanted, and to their credit, they honored it without issue. I truly admire their integrity and highly recommend Andrew and the team at Eastern Shore Toyota.

They sold me car and the don't have the title in their

They sold me car and the don't have the title in their possession. Now I am on my 2nd temporary tag, which is about to expire, I NEED MY 3RD and I cannot get ahold of anyone. They keep transferring me and dropping the calls!!!

My daughter recently had service completed on her Toyota

My daughter recently had service completed on her Toyota Corolla at Eastern Shore Toyota. She purchased the car new from Eastern Shore in 2023 and preferred to have routine maintenance completed there. Unfortunately, her service was exceptionally disappointing. She was asked three times about replacing the windshield wipers. Each time she declined. When she went to pay for the service she found that the wipers were on the invoice for $50.98. When she stated she told them not to install the wipers three times she was told, "They've already been installed but maybe I can find a discount code." Additionally, the cabin and engine air filter were replaced at a cost of $111.85 without her consent. The owner's manual shows replacement of those items at 3 years/30000 miles rather than the 15422 miles she has on her car now. Finally, a "Customer pay shop charge for repair order" was added at the end of the invoice for $37.55 almost negating the "coupon" the service adviser was "able to find" to offset the cost of the wipers. The invoice had the supervisors name and email requesting contact "If for any reason you feel that you have not received truly exceptional service today please contact our management team." I emailed the supervisor a week ago but have yet to receive a response. It is very disappointing that Eastern Shore Toyota facility ignored her request to not install wipers and changed filters that are not required by Toyota to be replaced at this time. It appears the service department took advantage of someone with little experience in this area.

Dishonest sales personnel.

Dishonest sales personnel. I was sold a Tacoma with a bent frame I was told it had been in a minor accident. Now I’ve got a truck that’s going to eat up front tires and there is nothing I can do about it. So very disappointed in Eastern Shore Toyota.

Beware of the service department trying to sell

Beware of the service department trying to sell unnecessary repairs and refusing to honor recalls. We took the car in for a paint recall and were quoted $2200 for engine repairs that were unnecessary. The repair work they claim was needed had been done only days before. The vehicle was taken in because Toyota issued a recall on the paint. Eastern Shore did not repaint all of the defective areas. When I tried to have them honor the recall, the service manager, John Curry, refused to do so. During a second phone call with John Curry, I was attempting to tell him about the $2200 quote for unnecessary repairs, he was incredibly rude, verbally aggressive, claimed he was the general manager and everyone there worked under him, blamed an employee who was uninvolved (Billy) for the quote for unnecessary repairs, then hung up on me as I was trying to explain to him that he was holding the wrong person responsible and Billy had nothing to do with that quote. I cannot speak about purchasing new vehicles from this dealership, but I will never be able to recommend the service department to anyone after dealing with the level of hostility and aggressive behavior I experienced with John Curry. I have had wonderful experiences with Mobile Audi, Pensacola VW (Pete Moor Imports), Tameron Gulf Coast and other smaller dealerships in the area. We own 3 Toyotas, but will not buy any in the future so we can avoid having to work with this service department and John Curry.

Amanda was such a great help.

Amanda was such a great help. It was my first time buy a car and she was very patient and help explained how everything works when it come to paying cash or getting an auto loan. Would definitely recommend her! Not to mention Arron, he was great help when Amanda was on her day off. Both were very helpful. Thank you Eastern Shore Toyota!!!

We were delighted by the quality of the sales experience

We were delighted by the quality of the sales experience with Rob Sandwell for our new car purchase. He paid detailed attention to our preferences, had an exhaustive grasp of the inventory on the lot that addressed our needs, was extremely knowledgeable about each car, trim details and worked very hard to find the exact car that both exceeded our expectations and met our budget. The finance process was straightforward and transparent. As long time Toyota customers, this would have to be the best buying experience we have had yet.
