I have been to this dealership on three separate

I have been to this dealership on three separate occasions to check out vehicles they advertise on their website. Every time I was told “that particular vehicle is still in the shop for inspection”. My phone number was taken by a salesman each time with a promise to contact me when the vehicles could be seen. Not a call. Not one. I know they are a high volume dealer in the area but they have a great deal to learn about customer service. The term “bait and switch” comes to mind.

Had been looking for the electric car to add to the

Had been looking for the electric car to add to the family and found the one we wanted at Eastern Shore. Service manager came out to go over the logistic, spent a good amount of his morning with us. Kathy had all the paperwork lined up promptly and after a top off charge we drove home same day. Lovely experience, we’ll be back for service as needed.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Eastern

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Eastern Shore Toyota! Both Sultan Nasser and Mona Selim went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was effortless for me when I was purchasing my new 2024 Tacoma Limited. I'll definitely be back to deal with Sultan and Mona @ Eastern Shore Toyota.

Nicson Wright at Eastern Shore Toyota did an outstanding

Nicson Wright at Eastern Shore Toyota did an outstanding job for us! He found us the exact car for us was very professional covered all the bases and got us the best possible deal. Mister Cloud worked with us on financing and got us a great rate that we were satisfied with. Overall, these good folks and the overall dealership did great by us. And the coffee is righteous!!

I began my search online and told my sales team exactly

I began my search online and told my sales team exactly what I wanted. I went in to see the vehicles by appointment and decided to put a deposit on an incoming vehicle which was exactly what I wanted. It arrived in less than two weeks and I went in, again, by appointment. I checked it out as it was being washed. I filled out my application in less than ten minutes. My salesman went over all the equipment in detail. He was impressive in his knowledge of everything because my beautiful car is loaded! I drove it and upon return, finance was ready for me. We were done within twenty minutes and I left with my gorgeous Rav XLE Premium! The whole process was seamless! Many thanks to Michael and Calvin!

Great experience at Eastern Shore Toyota buying my car.

Great experience at Eastern Shore Toyota buying my car. Richie and Ed were great to work with. Richie helped us because Ed was busy with another customer. This is the 3rd car I have bought from them and recommend because they don’t play the back and forth game. After there first offer was turned down with information on the amount I was prepared to pay, he came back with a price very close to exact number I needed for trade in and bottom line. The process was as stress free as can be.
