Just stay away!
Started off as a good experience but took a dramatic and terrible turn at the end… yanno once the truck was sold to us and the papers were signed… they got their money and that’s apparently all they care about. The customers happiness doesn’t mean anything to them. Attitudes from every single person you speak to, it’s a constant web of lies, or their “solution” could have come up better by my 6 year old. Do yourself a favor and look at one of the other dealership anywhere else but here.

Drove an hour to look at a used truck that I was told had no rust holes. Arrived and corners on both sides of the cab had holes, rockers rotted away, and running boards hanging on with a prayer. Went for a quick test drive and found the front end squirrely. Then popped the hood, and oil was leaking with puddles accumulating under the vehicle, pulled dipstick, and oil was filthy. The truck was not even serviced or safety checked by the dealer, not a very good impression from a professional dealer.

Found a low mileage Wrangler at a great price
Larry was helpful and straightforward. We told him what we wanted and what we needed and he was able to help immediately. The finance department was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We went in knowing what we wanted and left 2 hours later with the car. Thank you

My Wife's New Dodge Van !

Unsafe vehicle sales
After purchasing all personal and business vehicles, spending over $200,000 in the past five years at your establishment, I was sold a used vehicle that I was told had a slight leak in the steering rack. Three week later, prior to taking the truck on an extended trip, we placed the truck on the rack for a minor inspection. Found out the “slight leak” was not a leak at all. The entire steering rack was cracked in half. i have been sold an vehicle in unsafe driving conditions. I will no longer be purchasing any new or used vehicles (close to four or more over the next 2years) from this establishment considering it was the owners son who sold this piece of junk! By the way, the check engine light came on as well and the DEF system is shot as well.

Poor Service Department
I called inquiring to get my new 2017 Jeep Renegade serviced for the future (ex: oil changes, anything) I was told by Kenny I should have it serviced where I bought it, not there. The dealer where I bought it is over an hour away and told me I could have it serviced at any Jeep Dealership. I guess I am glad I didn't buy my Jeep here. Very poor customer service to refuse business.

No Mechanics ?
A service department that doesn't have time to connect the computer module to the truck to diagnose the issue is a horrible department. This process takes 30 seconds and can then be used to schedule an actual service time. Telling the customer to come back in a week when the mechanic is there to do this process is not very good service.
