Very happy with my Toyota Rav 4 purchase. Jim Ogle led me through the process with courtesy and professionalism. He explained all my options to me and got me in the right car at the right price. From the service department to sales, everybody is kind and helpful. Steve Tagye and Nicole Smith were also a great help throughout my experience.

I’ve bought cars from Thompson twice now, and my family

I’ve bought cars from Thompson twice now, and my family has been going to them for the last 15+ years. I went in for what should have been a routine oil change and inspection. (Bought my newest car from them under a year ago) I ended up with a clogged drain that caused water leaking into my car on the passenger floor board. Not only did they not communicate with my insurance company they held my car for 10 days and when I finally got it back there was a pool of water on my drivers side floor and seat, because they washed my car with the back window down. The window was up when I got it back, which means they knew they did it and said nothing to me. Thankfully I looked in the back seat to find a pool of water on my mat and to discover my nursing books and notes completely water logged. After giving me the run around (I called 6 different times) their service manager finally answered the phone, and told me they’d detail my car for free. I waited for over 3 hours to get my car back, undetailed. They maybe detailed the one floor of the backseat, but the dirt that was splashed all over the plastic parts of that same back seat were still there, and the rest of my car looked the same. After calling them again, multiple times, I got through to a sales manager who asked me if my expectation was that the whole car was detailed. The most egregious service I’ve ever received. It seems like they like to take advantage of women of color. I guess my car that I bought from THEM, wasn’t worth the respect or time it took to actually give decent service. If you’re a lady of color, I’d stay far far away from this place.

Will give you bad service if you’re a woman

Unhappy that my husband and I cannot but 2 new vehicles from them because of where we live even though we bought a vehicle from them before. Not happy

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Worked with Julian bought a new 2020 to 4 runner and he worked with me for three months until I took delivery of the truck. It was very detail oriented in the best salesman I’ve ever worked with the dealership is fantastic wonderful buying experience and this is not my first rodeo

Leah and Mike were very attentive and helpful for our new 4Runner. Leah was knowledgeable about the vehicle, kept us informed. Mike helped us going through the process and made it easy. Highly recommended for Thompson Toyota, and ask for Leah!😊

Worst Toyota Dealership

Bought a rav4 in july paid cash and still don't have a title or plates to this vehicle. The temp tag expired and now I have a vehicle I can't drive. Stay far clear of this place do yourself that favor
