We set out in search for a used car for our seventeen year old daughter. I new it wasn't going to be easy because she's very picky. I kept coming across ads both on the net and print for Road Ready Used Cars. I was skeptical about going to a used car dealer but I saw so many positive reviews I had to check it out. I contacted the dealership and from the person who answered the phone to the sales rep we were off to a great start. I went down with my family and was greeted by Fred who brought us inside and asked us what our objective was. We told him and he listened he didn't try to sell what he wanted like the other dealers did. I can't believe how they pack so many cars into this place its unbelievable. We found so many cars here that were nice now it was up to us. We went with a very nice Sebring which was like new. The car was serviced and cleaned like new when we picked it up. No stories here folks this place is the real deal ,no nonsense sales games, nice staff, a pleasurable experience. The owner Ron is a real ball of fire and tells it like it is. A fun time buying a car, I never thought I would say that. Thank You.

My wife and I were in the market for a used car. After doing extensive web research, we hit the road with a list of local dealers to visit. We started at Road Ready Used Cars and didn't have to go any further! After a few minutes of browsing on the lot, we were greeted by Angelo. He asked a few questions to determine our needs and showed us several vehicles that he thought would be a fit. We asked to take a 2008 Buick for a test drive and while inside filling out the paperwork, Ron introduced himself and gave us another couple of options to take a look at and worked up some payment options for us on the vehicles he had in mind for us. We ended up taking one of Ron's suggestions and purchased a 2011 Chevy Impala. The process was pain and stress free, Angelo and Ron took care of everything and even went above and beyond to have the car ready for us to pick up on less than a day notice. The salesman I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. Dealing with the owner was another story. When asked a question he came back with a very sarcastic statement that did not answer the question. The next day I received a phone call from the salesman asking what I thought about the vehicle, I told him I liked it but didn't want to give my business to the dealership because I found the owner to be sarcastic and untrustworthy. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the owner on the premise that he wanted to correct what I thought was ill mannered. The result of the phone call was that the owner preceded to call me names, so I hung up on him.

Buying a vehicle off an internet ad can be a hit or miss proposition but Road Ready Used Cars made it a great experience. After seeing the ad online I called and was connected to Eddie who answered all my questions and set up an appointment for us to come in and drive the SUV. When we arrived the vehicle was out front waiting for us having just been washed and ready for the test drive. The office was spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxed with none of the pressure you get at some dealerships. After our test drive we had some things we wanted fixed on the vehicle before we would agree to purchase it. We then met Ron and went over what we felt needed to be repaired. There was no haggling over the work to be done, Ron wrote everything down, read it back to us to make sure he had everything we wanted, and gave us his word it would be done. He not only did what we asked, he also did some additional things we had not asked for like new rear tires. When we came back to pick it up on the agreed upon day it had been detailed inside and out and all the work completed. Ron had us drive it again to make sure we were happy before we finalized the deal. It drove like a new vehicle. Ron also provided us with a complete warranty at no additional charge to give us complete piece of mind. After we had the SUV for about a week Eddie called to make sure everything was good and to make sure we were happy. I have bought quite a few used cars over the years but I can say for sure dealing with Ron and Eddie was the best experience out of all of them. They were totally upfront and honest, did what they said they would do, and charged a fair price. I would recommend Road Ready Used Cars to anyone in the market for a vehicle. In fact, when I am ready to buy again, Ron and Eddie will be the first call I make. I recently bought a car from Ron and it was an absolute wonderful experience. It was the first time I ever had fun while buying a car! Ron is honest and trustworthy and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I had brief dealings with some of the other salesman and they were great as well. I would definitely recommend them!
