Mercedes of Arrowhead has the worst service department I
Mercedes of Arrowhead has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. My brand new Mercedes was in service for 50 days in the first 2 months of ownership. Still has issues and now they wont open any new service repairs. Management does not return your calls and service department is unprofessional. Will be going to Scottsdale dealership.

I initially had a positive experience with Jeff Lane at
I initially had a positive experience with Jeff Lane at Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead when purchasing a 2022 Toyota Tundra used online. However, things took a turn when I inquired about the Trifold Tonneau cover that was listed as included with the truck I purchased. Jeff assured me he would send pictures of the cover before the truck shipped—unfortunately, that never happened. When the truck arrived without the Trifold Tonneau cover, I immediately reached out to Jeff and he directed me to his sales manager Jake Ehinger, who I reached out to multiple times to have the situation corrected. However, Jake has ignored my calls, and continuously made excuses the one time he called me back, promising to return my call but never following through. Now, a week later, I’ve received an text messages asking me to leave a review—an ironic request given that they haven’t addressed the issue with my Trifold Tonneau cover. At this point, I feel like I’m being scammed. I will update this review if they make things right, but as of now, the lack of follow-through has been disappointing...... The dealerships solution to the situation is for me to pay for half of the tonneau cover that they didn't provide. So I guess buying a used car from a Mercedes-Benz car lot is still buying a used car from a used car lot. A used car lot is a used car lot is a used car lot. Also all the sudden Jake returned to my call after I posted my review saying he had been out the last few days surprisingly after sending me to voicemail the day before. So this is the end of my dealing with Mercedes-Benz Arrowhead of Phoenix. My one recommendation would be get everything in writing if you're buying online from them if it's listed on their website doesn't mean it's actually on the car.

Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead is probably THE WORST
Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead is probably THE WORST dealership to go to for any Bluetec emission extended warranty repairs. My car had a check engine light and I usually scan the codes, making an educated decision to bring it in for the warranty. This code had to do with the swirl flap motor on the intake manifold. The tech performing the inspection said I had "extensive oil leaks" and quoted me over $29,000 to repair what they found on the inspection. My advisor asked what I would like to do first and I just wanted the warranty repair done. I take excellent care of my car and Mercedes Benz of Chandler can prove this point. I service my car at home for the most part and because of this, they denied my warranty claim for "lack of maintenance". I was told by MBUSA the same information as well. They said my oil cooler was leaking, which Chandler said it wasn't. They said I had a fuel leak, which Chandler said I did not have. Chandler replaced the swirl flap motor at no cost to me, under warranty. My service advisor and technician at Arrowhead said the intake manifold was not covered under warranty anyways, which he said to me over the phone and also in front of a family member. As stated by Mercedes Benz USA, it was covered for an ADDITONAL 6 MONTHS, 6,000 MILES (original warranty was 4 years/48,000 miles). Chandler said it is as simple as inputting the part into the computer and it says YES or NO if the repair is under warranty... Chandler did not mention lack of maintenance on my vehicle. They did not quote me crazy prices on repairs because my vehicle actually didn't need them. Chandler sends a video inspection of the vehicle to your phone number and not once did the technician mention anything that Arrowhead said. I emailed the service director and he has not responded to my email. I have left a voicemail for the general manager and still haven't heard back. The technician simply didn't want to work on my car, maybe because it was a warranty repair (rates are not that good for technician and advisor) or because I did not want to do any of the suggested repairs (which both the advisor AND technician make money off of). The biggest issue I have with Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead is their lack of integrity, which I am still waiting for an explanation of.

Came in for service.
Came in for service. Appointment was for 9:30, told it would be ready by 4. Was given ride home. Got call at 1:15 saying car was ready and that Uber was on the way to pick me up.

Brought my new vehicle in for schedule a service.
Brought my new vehicle in for schedule a service. An email provided by the dealer stated a rental would be available for the day. Dealership was in complete confusion about this. I had to get a ride back and forth. I didn’t need a tire rotation, asked that it be removed from the scheduled service. I would told removal of that service would save me…a penny. One cent. There was a lot of hokey things going on. Take your beloved Benz someplace else.

Dealership service dept.
Dealership service dept. posts notices and mailers saying loaners are available upon scheduling. Experience is they try hard not to provide loaners and even elevating to GM and MB Consumer affairs, no results. See a lot of five star reviews with no written narrative. Highly suspect. In a market for new MB? Go elsewhere. Below average service dept and especially the service manager. Not what one expects from a so called premium brand. My advice, go elsewhere.

I have a Mercedes benz 2020 GLA-250 with 27,000 miles.
I have a Mercedes benz 2020 GLA-250 with 27,000 miles. Last year my car stopped while I was driving. I took my car to Arrowhead Mercedes-benz services center. Agent name Tony said it was battery and replaced. This year the car stopped while I was driving again. This time they said it was the fuel pump and replaced it. I also had A1 service done. Next day my car was completely dead. They said it's the battery. I do not trust Arrowhead Mercedes benz service. It was a terrible experience .

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but the Mercedes-Benz
I don’t like to give bad reviews, but the Mercedes-Benz USA Arrowhead dealership’s service department has provided one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For a milestone birthday, I purchased an Mercedes Benz. It’s always been a dream of mine to own one. My battery died and I scheduled an appointment with this dealership to have it checked. They installed an AFTERMARKET battery in my car and I’ve had nothing but problems with my car since. I’ve had to bring my car in for service now twice this year and now my car is inoperable. This is just a small example of the subpar service received. I wouldn’t expect this level of service from such a top tier automotive brand like Mercedes Benz. Such a disappointment. As a woman who is a customer, I feel disrespected, unheard, and disregarded. I have a laundry list of issues with this dealership. Please don’t waste your time here. You will regret it. I wish I would have read the reviews and Better Business Bureau rating before doing business with this dealership.
