Lack of customer service! Called six times for updates with no reply! Pulled car went to another facility ! The receptionist was the most helpful person... of all!
I had a terrible experience with MB arrowhead recently. I was interested in buying a 2019 BMW M4 and was negotiating with one of their sales representative... named Helmand Anwari. He was extremely nice and professional to me only until the day I paid the 1000 deposit to start the purchase process. I am based all the way on east coast and was planning to get the car shipped. Once I paid the deposit, Helmand was too slow and late in replying my texts and inquiries about the purchase agreement. He also got upset when I told him that I am using my own bank to finance the car. As a buyer, I wanted to go over the breakdown on the purchase agreement and requested Helmand to connect me to his finance manager. He agreed that he will get me connected but despite my multiple requests for 3 consecutive days, the finance manager never called me. Three days after I paid the deposit, Helmand told me that the shipping cost will be 1450 instead of 1200 which was actually negotiated already and was written on the purchase agreement sent to my bank. So I told him that I would be arranging shipping on my own if that's the case. He then said that they won't allow as this is against their policy for out of state sales. Finally I agreed on paying 1450 for them to ship me the car but I requested him to connect me to his finance manager which he did not. In fact he lied to me that his finance manager called me multiple times and I was the one not attending his call. Eventually he cancelled the sale and refunded the 1000 deposit to me !! I would never ever recommend doing business with Helmand Anwari at this dealership.
Excellent car buying experience. I felt this dealership put my needs first, ahead of their own. They acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism... at every step, which is a refreshing way to buy a car. Also when returning for follow-up maintenance, again they exceeded my expectations. It was my first Mercedes purchase and this dealership was hands down the best, compared to others visited. The facility is top-notch, the people are kind, friendly and customer focused. There was zero pressure - it was a truly professional experience. Plus a more than fair deal. This is an excellent dealership - was obvious the people are focused on operating with highest integrity. Would definitely recommend!
They were unwilling to work with us at at all even after we kept coming up to try to meet them and even initialed a final offer which they did not honor... and my husband and I left disappointed
Not happy with the way I was treated, or how the repair diagnosis went down. The service adviser didn't listen, and was unable to address my concerns.... He also tried to convince me that the car was repaired when it clearly was not. When I questioned the logic of having one part replaced, only to find that another was causing the problem, he just nodded his head and agreed that it didn't make sense. The cost of the misdiagnosis was the difference between perhaps prolonging the "asset" and using the money needed for repairs to buy a new car. Super unhappy, and won't take my car here for service ever again.
They have no interest in helping you nor do they care if you visit them. Phoenix has many car dealers visit another one. Wish we would not have wasted... our time by stopping there.
They lied and tried to cheat me and deceive on a deal we negotiated over the phone and in writing. They are racist disrespectful unscrupulous people and... purchase from them at your own peril.

Drove into Phoenix from Oxnard. Had car trouble and had no time to waste. Your dealership was awesome. I have never received service as fast as your team... provided. A guy named Jay lead the efforts. I got home just in time for my sisters wedding. Thank you for your great service.
My car is my life. I make my living traveling to all parts of Arizona. I can not afford any down time for vehicle problems. I recently visited your dealership... and I was treated with excellent service. A service rep named Jay took care of me. I was in and out and back on the road. Efficiency in service is important to me and have found it difficult to find great service in the past. Great job guys! PS I enjoyed the snacks, I had not eaten all day
