Picked up my Certified 2019 Kia Optima on Friday.. on Monday morning my windshield wipers were frozen and the driver side wiper bent, lifted and twisted. Although it was a malfunction, not human error or ignorance, it is costing me $120+ for a new wiper arm and blade.. not happy.. I purchased a certified vehicle for a reason..
