The showroom was well furnished and has ample seating for a busy weekend day. The staff was very helpful and quickly had my vehicle ready for a test drive and completed my predelivery paperwork. The delivery was just as smooth, and did it during my lunch

Attempted to do a Lease buyout, Jon seemed bothered about having to help us. When we asked questions, Jon didn’t know the answers, saying he was just the messenger that was his answer to this particular question: why are we having to pay $500 over the buyout price? Jon pretty much told us to go through Kia Corporate for lease buyout, telling us we could find that phone # on the Kia website. Did not feel welcomed for the first time ever at this dealership that I have done business with many times.

This is my 3rd car from this delearship. The only reason I buy kia because the warrant , the sad part,they don't cover anything instead they will give excuse for every problem
