My first scheduled service for my new vehicle. Friendly people, nice waiting room and they even washed my car. Service done promptly and the work done right.

Marshall was 1st class all the way -- kept me fully informed with explanations of the work needed and done. Very pleasant, thorough and helpful to me during the several hours (roughly 4) that i waited at the dealership. I have no complaint about the wait. i knew the work would take that long. Marshall kept me pleasantly fully informed.

They charged me for sealant on car after I told them I couldn’t afford it 6X. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by including it at no extra cost when I bought brand new car, but then I noticed $1,099 charge on my account which they refused to take off!

Everyone was pleasant n professional. Process was easy. Alex made the process of buying the car I wanted easy, even though it took time to get the exact model I wanted due to supply chain issues.
