I contacted your dealership from a referral, spoke to Zach who was going to send me information and after a few days I reached back out by phone, he was not available, I then emailed him with no response, I called two days later and ended up speaking with a very direct and rude lady who told me they will not give me a trade in value on my 2022 Outlander sight unseen and they can't waste time just doing quotes for everyone. Luckily for me your competition down the road at Mattews Kia were helpful, courteous, professional, and a great team to work with, I picked up my 2024 Kia Telluride X-Line on Saturday.

Destination KIA Lease Process: Epic Fail and Poor Customer Service and Communication Skills for longtime KIA customer

I have had my 2023 Kia Telluride since the end of May 2024 and the air condition stopped working. I called weeks ago to let them know. I brought my car in on 7/10/23 and they said there are O rings missing, they had to order parts. I still have not hear back from the service department. I have called and left messages asking for an update with no return call. They claim it’s a convenience option and nothing to worry about. Having a brand new car, for less than 3 months, in 90 plus degree weather, when it’s raining and there is an air quality alert makes me wish I never bought a car from them! Very disappointed!!!
