No Nonsense Car Buying

They did not beat around the bush. They simply detailed the cost of the car. It had a belt going bad within a day or two of purchase, no questions ask. They replaced it. I have already referred two buyers to them.

FYI - Purchase, etc.

Very sweet young lady who took me to and from work during the repair service Repair service technicians - I found the service department more concerned with quanity of customers in door than QUALITY of service rendered. (TWICE - not just once.) It took to much time/effort to render QUALITY because I even had one employee tell me that they get paid by # of customers per day/hours worked rather than by their performance in FIXING the issues. That wasn't exactly their biggest concern. My issue was SO MINOR and it almost took one service manager (after the 3rd time visit) to actually figure out to take the time DO IT himself to get VERY MINOR issue fixed as agreed would be fixed when purchased vehicle. Ugh - it was so frustrating and completely ridiculous. Nice man (Brad Taylor) and nice sales manager (?) who I did business with when purchasing SUV though. I would give them a good rating.

Buy at Select! You'll be glad you did.

I've bought 2 vehicles from Select. Both experiences have been great. Brad Taylor went above & beyond to help me locate a very specific car and, although it took a month or more, he found exactly what I needed at a good price. Mike, Alan and the office staff are wonderful at Select and provide excellent courtesy & service. My only negative thing to say about the service is that they don't have the ability to read error codes on foreign vehicles, such as Honda. Otherwise, top notch and you won't be sorry for giving them your business. Shop local!

To clarify regarding your comment about error codes: We can read the codes and do service all makes and models, however, if your vehicle can be repaired for free under manufacturer warranty, it only makes sense to take it to the franchise dealer for that specific repair. Overall this was one of the best if not the best car buying expierences I've ever had. Melissa and TJ were very responsive and helpful in finding a car for my son. There were no high pressure tactics like other dealers and the financing was simple. Keep up the great work Select!!

Our used car was everything they said it would be

My wife and I were shopping for a quality used vehicle for my daughter. After a truly bad experience with a different dealership, we ran across a listing for our desired car offered at Select Suzuki. Our dilemma was that we would be traveling 3 hours one way to get to Select Suzuki, and were dependent on their exact representation of any flaws or details about the car. Melissa at Select Suzuki was extremely helpful. She examined the car along with the owner of the company and gave me all the information I needed to confirm the purchase. Upon arriving to the dealership the day of travel to make the purchase, Melissa had everything ready to go. The car was exactly as represented. It had been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for delivery. The paperwork was prepared and only needed signature. We were in and out of the dealership in not much more than 30 minutes. Our daughter loves her Honda Fit and our faith is restored that there are some dealerships still out there that do things the right way. Thanks to all the folks at Select Suzuki.

Excellent Dealership

Stopped by to see a used car that was posted to there facebook page. When we pulled up we were met in the parking lot by one of the nicest sales persons. The whole process was made easy by them with no worries. It took about an hour to get everything processed and that included the test drive. That made it nice since we have 2 kids. Will recommend them.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME FOR EVERYTHING

Awesome experience everytime. If these guys don't have what you want on site, they go the extra mile to find it for you. No sales pressure, service department is great. I've bought my last 5+ vehicles from Select and will continue to use them in the future.

Great Buying Experience!

Select Suzuki was a Great Experience!!!

We recently purchased a Suzuki from Select Suzuki. The service was wonderful along with their product knowledge. It was so refreshing to have all the cars features explained to us so we could get the most out of our new car. Highly recommend Select Suzuki, their sales reps, and the Suzuki Kizashi!! We even met and talked with the owner!! You don't get this type of service at the Monster Mega Dealers or anywhere!!
