I drove from Niagara Falls NY to little old Altoona PA to visit the nations 3rd best volume Mitsubishi dealer. They promised me a 2500+ discount on a base Mirage and they honored it completely. Tom was fantastic to deal with. The Mirage is so true to what it is supposed to do. I love the car. I get over 40 mpg. Just remember that you must change the transmission fluid at 40,000 miles and again every 40k. Drop the transmission pan and change the filter when you do it . If you don't do this the tranny may fail at around 100k. I didn't buy a Suzuki I bought a Mirage.

My family decided to travel to Five Star Mitsubishi
My family decided to travel to Five Star Mitsubishi because of the excellent warranties that are offered and the pricing we found online. After questioning the pricing, we were told that the pricing online included discounts that we may not be eligible for. My family spent well over FIVE hours at your dealership. While I understand negotiations and paperwork take time, the time we spent at the dealership was unreasonable. I have purchased 4 vehicles, 3 of them being new with trades, and I can honestly say that I have never waited nearly as long as we did on Saturday. At this point, we were fed up and ready to leave. I asked Jimmy if it was too late to back out of the deal and the response I received was, “well yeah kinda”. I expressed that I was now unsure of buying the vehicle due to the amount of time we had been at the dealership with two young children, who were tired and hungry. Jimmy stated he would give us time to think over the deal and stepped out. At this point, no paperwork had been signed. While we were making our decision, my card was processed a down payment!!! This was not okay. We were told to make a decision, but your staff took it upon themselves to take part of a down payment on a vehicle we were no longer interested in. At this point, we were frustrated and ready to just leave the dealership. When we asked for a refund, we were told that the refund would take awhile. We were willing to wait for our refund, considering we were no longer wanting to proceed with the purchase. We were then told, “it will be quicker for you to just sign the paperwork than for us to give you a refund”. We were shocked by this response. How is any of this okay? My family left this dealership with no interest in returning.
