I purchased a car online without a test drive. I was sent video and all of my questions were answered. Car was shipped to my house as described. I purchased a beautiful 2017 Kia Cadenza Limited and I love it.

I received a lemon from them about 2years ago had the car week an a half started having problems not just any but major called multiple times in order to get the problem resolved or get my money back the owner the manger or supervisor lied to the bbb an said that I did not take the car for maintenance but who does that when the car was a week old an I was told it was inspected he was very very rude an unprofessional the car was taken back an the bank who financed me felt bad about my end of the bargain an called. About a year later an asked if it was something they could do far as maybe putting me in another vehicle through their company an not have that on my credit as of 03/07/24 I tried to do an application an was told that they don’t want my business an he isn’t pulling my app why? Makes no sense when they were the ones in the wrong on my business deal very shady an very money hungry cause they kept my 2grand now if you do business with them beware get your vehicle checked an most importantly READ YOUR CONTRACT!!! You’ll be stuck an hate it the owner is a complete joke an wouldn’t even make right by simply apologizing and helping me into another vehicle wasn’t my mistake was theirs!!! Before you go make sure it’s your last an only option! I’ll add Jennifer is a sweet lady✨

I bought a really really great cars from Indy motors. It was priced low for the great condition it was in. Still have the car and so happy with it. Thank you Indy motors team.

Wonderfully run family car dealership! Came in to buy a Toyota Camry for my daughter and got me an excellent interest rate.

Horrible Experience would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The individual in charge who's name I will leave anonymous is a scam artist. There word is no good. For those who had great experiences good for you but I will notify any and everyone I know just how terrible they are.

I had great service from Jessica who got in touch with me soon after I looked at a 2018 Honda Civic online and she was very helpful in getting her guys to get the car ready for me to test drive. I would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a used car. They have a good selection of vehicles to choose from.

I recently purchased a 2010 mustang from Indy Motors and I am very pleased with the vehicle and the dealership personnel. I got the car at a good price and Daniel, Alex and Jessica were very helpful. The price was very reasonable, in fact I think I got a really good deal. My only concern I had is that all though they did offer a 2 year warranty (that I declined) when I got the car back to Ohio I had it throughly examined and there were some issues with the brakes. The front rotors needed replaced and one caliber on the back was bad. I did tell them about it but they didn’t offer to help pay for a little of the repairs. I didn’t expect them to pay for it all but it would have been nice if they would’ve offered to maybe pick up 10% or so of the cost. I still highly recommend them. They have all of the foundational elements of a good dealership. Nice cars for a reasonable price that are sold by a helpful staff that is willing to work with you to get you a vehicle that you love. 4 and half stars any day of the week. I’m big on loyalty and I will definitely check their inventory when I’m in the market for another vehicle

These people are absolute criminals. Indy motors misrepresents their vehicles (stating the wrong year and condition) and they steal money from you. We made a payment over the phone to hold a vehicle after being told it was in good running shape and came with a warranty. Unfortunately when we came to pick it up it wouldn't start. We asked for our money back but they refused (even though we hadn't even driven it off the lot). Turns out the car needs a complete engine overhaul and over $7,000 of repairs. Indy Motors will not refund any money AND their warranties are bogus and do not pay for anything. The Indy Motors salesman even taunted me saying "go ahead and take us to court, they won't do anything". Avoid Indy Motors like the plague, especially for contactless transactions. I suspect they have friends and family write reviews for them to dilute the truth about their business. Buyer beware, this is one terrible, dishonest business!!!!!
