I had an amazing experience at Indy Motors from start to finish. I’ve bought a few cars in my life, and this was by far the easiest and most stress-free process I’ve ever had. The team was super professional, honest, and actually took the time to listen to what I needed instead of trying to push me into something. The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. No surprises, no games. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward. What really stood out to me was how genuine everyone was. You can tell they care about their customers and their reputation. It didn’t feel like your typical dealership experience at all. If you’re looking for a solid vehicle and a team you can trust, I highly recommend Indy Motors. I’ll definitely be coming back and sending friends and family their way!

This is the only dealership that I've been to where I don't feel hustled. The Sales Team, especially Samir, and Maintainance Departments (Mohamed & Ignacio) are honest and fair. They worked with me to find the car that I wanted at a reasonable price and payment terms. And the Service Department has even taken care of cars that I didn't purchase there. I can't think of going anywhere else for my next car.

I purchased a car online without a test drive. I was sent video and all of my questions were answered. Car was shipped to my house as described. I purchased a beautiful 2017 Kia Cadenza Limited and I love it.

I received a lemon from them about 2years ago had the car week an a half started having problems not just any but major called multiple times in order to get the problem resolved or get my money back the owner the manger or supervisor lied to the bbb an said that I did not take the car for maintenance but who does that when the car was a week old an I was told it was inspected he was very very rude an unprofessional the car was taken back an the bank who financed me felt bad about my end of the bargain an called. About a year later an asked if it was something they could do far as maybe putting me in another vehicle through their company an not have that on my credit as of 03/07/24 I tried to do an application an was told that they don’t want my business an he isn’t pulling my app why? Makes no sense when they were the ones in the wrong on my business deal very shady an very money hungry cause they kept my 2grand now if you do business with them beware get your vehicle checked an most importantly READ YOUR CONTRACT!!! You’ll be stuck an hate it the owner is a complete joke an wouldn’t even make right by simply apologizing and helping me into another vehicle wasn’t my mistake was theirs!!! Before you go make sure it’s your last an only option! I’ll add Jennifer is a sweet lady✨

Wonderfully run family car dealership! Came in to buy a Toyota Camry for my daughter and got me an excellent interest rate.

Horrible Experience would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The individual in charge who's name I will leave anonymous is a scam artist. There word is no good. For those who had great experiences good for you but I will notify any and everyone I know just how terrible they are.

I had great service from Jessica who got in touch with me soon after I looked at a 2018 Honda Civic online and she was very helpful in getting her guys to get the car ready for me to test drive. I would definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a used car. They have a good selection of vehicles to choose from.

I recently purchased a 2010 mustang from Indy Motors and I am very pleased with the vehicle and the dealership personnel. I got the car at a good price and Daniel, Alex and Jessica were very helpful. The price was very reasonable, in fact I think I got a really good deal. My only concern I had is that all though they did offer a 2 year warranty (that I declined) when I got the car back to Ohio I had it throughly examined and there were some issues with the brakes. The front rotors needed replaced and one caliber on the back was bad. I did tell them about it but they didn’t offer to help pay for a little of the repairs. I didn’t expect them to pay for it all but it would have been nice if they would’ve offered to maybe pick up 10% or so of the cost. I still highly recommend them. They have all of the foundational elements of a good dealership. Nice cars for a reasonable price that are sold by a helpful staff that is willing to work with you to get you a vehicle that you love. 4 and half stars any day of the week. I’m big on loyalty and I will definitely check their inventory when I’m in the market for another vehicle
