Srv Advisor, Zach was amazing.
Srv Advisor, Zach was amazing. There are no MItsubishi dealerships in my area so I have about a 2 hour drive and Zach couldn't have been more sympathetic. He kept in constant contact with me, notifying me when parts arrived so I wasn't making an unnecessary trip. He was extremely busy but took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I had to rush. I can't say enough positive things about him and his team. Even Megan the receptionist was cheerful and helpful. What a great staff!!!

Haven't had the vehicle for 2 weeks and it's been in for
Haven't had the vehicle for 2 weeks and it's been in for repairs once and now second time coming up. Not too happy with the way vehicle is performing. Stuck with vehicle for 6 yrs and wanna make sure it's reliable. We would love to be put in something else if this will be an ongoing problem. The vehicle vibrates when excelerating sitting in the back seat you can feel it more.

I've left a message I'm not bashing Grote by any means. I work from 7 to 330 but would like to talk to someone about the vehicle we've purchased. About what can be done to resolve the issues we're having. The car has to be driven around and put on a highway. Today the transmission kick hard on us and still having bad vibration on highway with steering wheel vibrating.
