I'm happy with my purchase of Volvo at Torch Light Motors because they took me seriously and treated me as they would any other buyer even though I'm young and male, they went through the paper work quickly and there were no delays apart from my own minor error of forgetting a document which I soon corrected, the car is incredible and was in immaculate condition, I will encourage people to look here based on the smoothness of sale, service and the product.

Bought a Volvo and on day 2 noticed trouble with the steering. I called Torch Light and was told to have it looked at, by the mechanic in my town who he knows. What the mechanic found (who had recommended Torch Light) was that it had a bad Power Steering Rack, a $900 repair. Fortunately I bought the extended warranty and about $550 was covered, when I called Jeff at Torch Light I was told that my mechanic was over charging me. My expectation was that the car was in working order and it in fact was NOT. He stated that it was when I bought it. The car was driven home from there and perhaps an additional 100 miles. DO NOT expect him to stand behind his vehicles because he will not, Jeff's parting comment "Have a Nice Day".

Torch Light Motors were helpful because they continually put in the extra effort which really made a difference - without this I would not have bought the car from them. Scott ensured he understood my requirements and issues, and without ever putting pressure on me, found a way to solve all those that he could in the right time scale. Excellent, skillful service.

Scott, my sales consultant, was very thorough in presenting the options and allowing me to test drive various models. I didn't find exactly what I wanted on their lot, Scott searched incoming vehicles and found one on its way that exactly fit the bill. Scott got me the vehicle I wanted.
