Second time was a charm, just like the first! I had another wonderful experience purchasing my car through Wholesale Auto Group. They worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. The service I received was excellent. Bought the car August 2018 within one year July 11 2019 the ac goes out bring to shop in back charged 100$ deductible plus I paid for an ac charge and part that was not covered. 10 days in shop no rental car.3 weeks later ac goes out again they tell me its something else another 8 days in shop no rental car and paid 100$ deductible for same ac problem. Same problem again September 14 2019 ac goes out. Ask to talk to supervisor and inform on what's going on did not provide rental car and said he will fix it. I told them this is unacceptable I have to come here 3 times and car in shop for 18 plus days I would like to swap or get it fix can I get a rental car I was denied on rental so I told him that I'm gonna have to review this so others would know and after that he denied it to get fix even though it's under warranty which is ILLEGAL. All this under a year of purchase car purchase was fine and great until I had a car issue that needed repairs under warranty.

Upon searching for used cars, I found Wholesale auto group. The first visit, I went for a particular vehicle and it wasn't there. Alex was very helpful in opening my mind to other vehicles, I test drove several and decided to wait to buy. The following Saturday, I went back and bought my vehicle. I am nothing but pleased with the way I was treated from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership and salesman over and over again! Very fair prices and very willing to help people with bad credit.

I found an SUV on cars.com at their dealership and called to inquire about it. It was exactly what I wanted at a great price. I drove two and a half hours to go check out the vehicle and after a great experience with terrific guys, I left my old SUV which we loved and drove home in the new one. Rob and the guys treated me like family and worked with me to get a good amount for my trade. They even gassed it up for the drive home. It was an overall great experience. Traded my car in with NO PROBLEMS , they didn't give me a hard time the paper work was a easy process it took about 2-3 days and BAM i was in my new car with no problems . This place is a joke I was try to buy a truck from here is sad Guaranteed Credit Approval! I sent a credit app they don't get back with u. I call them and they told me they can't Finance me.
