great customer service but he did not have any

great customer service but he did not have any maintenance records for the vehicle. That was the deal breaker for me.

I contacted Honda of Harvey, December 31, 2024. Ms Arias was very courteous and professional over the telephone and in person. Like some people, I do not like buying a vehicle. It can be very stressful. However, my experience was very pleasant with Ms. Arias taking the lead in assisting me.

Not that great, when I Contacted Danny at wholesale auto

Not that great, when I Contacted Danny at wholesale auto group, he was pretty responsive and patient, we tried to get a date set so I could look at the car but my schedule wasn't matching up later that day I get a text from Danny setting up a meeting for after his business hours, me and a friend drove 45 minutes over there to check the car out, when we get there lots closed up and seems like no one is there I call and text multiple times to let him know I showed up, no response, I'm disappointed but wasn't giving up so i try to set up another meeting, when i try to check on the same car i was intending to purchase later that week it was no longer there, I'm not disappointed the car was sold im disappointed Danny didn't tell me anything and wasted my time.

Pleasure to do business with

I bought a 2011 Camaro SS from here Sept 2022, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. As a younger man (22 years old) I usually don’t get treated with as much respect and courtesy as older gentlemen do. Off the bat they were respectful, open minded, and overall a pleasure to do business with. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. After being lowballed for my 2020 Honda Civic trade-in or cash offer, I had 2 offers at a fair price and almost sold my car before visiting Danny here at Wholesale Auto. He beat the best cash offer I had for my car and got me in my beautiful red Chevrolet Camaro. Her name is Sally!

I did get an email from Corey Alonzo. I could never...

I did get an email from Corey Alonzo. I could never reach him. He did not return my call or text. I even sent an email and I never received a follow up. I thought this was very unprofessional. I had my own bank financing ready to deal.

Great experience

We went in looking for an Infiniti we saw on cars.com. The car was in excellent shape and the whole buying experience was quick and easy. Our sales person Shawn was great! We will be back to Wholesale Auto Group for our next vehicles!
