Poor customer service. Just wants the sale!
Purchased vehicle. Promised free service and inspections. Live a distance and discussed at purchase. I was told.no problem. Just bring when I can. I schedule inspection and oil change online. Called to confirm. Placed on hold for and extended amount of time to then be sent to a voicemail to which I never receive a call back. I call back and am told they will not honor it and try to sell me $700 60k maintenance. Such a rip off. Disappointed to say the least. Obviously they don’t honor their gimmicks to sell you a vehicle. I am a loyal Kia owner (4th vehicle ) but would think twice before coming here again. Service manager didn’t even car. I explained that I lived quite a distance and have serviced vehicle at local Kia dealer near me but he just said “sorry can’t help you “. Number 1 : don’t just voicemail a customer 2. Respond to online inquiries when someone schedules 3. Return voicemails in a timely manner 4. Honor your customers 5. Don’t just say things to sell a car and then not follow up later 5’ actually care about customer satisfaction.

Terrible Customer service
This was the worst experience, from the receptionist-Ashley, screening my calls to Barbara in service, who was racial profiling, I will NOT return nor recommend. Reached out for a call back from a higher up and heard nothing! Barbara lied to my face saying the charging port was broke for an electric loaner I was issued during my servicing time and yet Eddie from Sales stepped in and made it work. Charged the electric loaner at their location, but remember Barbara said it was broke. Overall if it wasn’t for Eddie, i don’t know what would have happened.
