Upon arrival there were two employees visible who didn't

Upon arrival there were two employees visible who didn't come out to greet me, or the other customer who showed around the same time. After walking around the lot we both converged on the office to talk to the employees about the vehicles we were interested in, both employees were in the back laughing about something and I called out to them and I was told they would be right out. So after standing outside for 15 minutes I decided to leave and so did the other customer, that's when one employee decided to come out to attend to me which was too late. I will never go back there again even if they were giving cars away for a dollar, and I advise everyone interested in a vehicle there to not go there either. And this isn't the first time I had a bad experience there.

Editing of Negative Review

I am writing a second review after writing a negative first one. Krug Auto reached out to me and because of a breakdown in communication and a banking issue we had a messy situation. I spoke with Tim Krug and he was very helpful and resolved my issue. I wanted to post this update as I have been unable to delete or edit my original review. Thank you Krug Auto!!

I bought a 2007 Honda fit lemon at Krug auto,

I recommend that no one ever buy a used car from Krug auto. They are nothing but a scam. The car I bought is nothing but a lemon. They lied to me about the car being in an accident, and it needs thousands to fix it. Please, don't buy from this place.

Great place to get a deal on a used vehicle.

Nice folks to deal with, bought a clean used 2008 Chevy Avalanche with 120k for a fair price (Jeff was my salesman). Truck had some minor issues, a missing back up sensor, and a loose plastic panel on the tailgate. They fixed them both asap, and I bought the truck. A good deal all around, I would buy from them again. If you understand the used market, I'm sure you'll find a great deal there on a vehicle.

Carol dissatisfied customer

Call better business Bureau or Ohio State attorney generals office before buying a car at this place. In my opinion, they are dishonest and hide the real condition of the car .

Best 250 Bucks I Ever Lost

The Krug family takes little pride in their small, claustrophobic, dingy Col. Glenn "sales office" and even less in the cars they sell. I asked them to hold a car for a matter of hours and offered $250.00 in good faith money which was non-refundable. I knew this going into it, but I was giving Krug the benefit of the doubt. My mistake. They priced a 2011 Chevy Malibu in the 'good' to 'excellent' used car Kelly Blue Book range. The vehicle was neither good nor excellent. From the get-go, the battery was dead and the wipers were bad. Minor issues, yes, but steps which are inexpensive ones that show a car business cares about its cars and its customers. Yet Krug didn't take them even knowing I was coming out to look at the car. One look under the hood revealed more neglect. The battery connector and cables had significantly corroded. Then the test drive. The vehicle nearly stalled when rolling to a gentle stop (this happened repeatedly) and the front right tire shook and vibrated alarmingly when braking at high speeds. Honestly, I felt as if my daughter and I wouldn't even make it safely back to the dealership. When Daniel Krug was informed of the issues, he became visibly anxious. Earlier that day, he tried to offer me a warranty on the vehicle and I declined saying that I'd handle any issues that might crop up. Daniel now said that in essence the car was as-is but shouldn't have been a problem for me because I was willing to decline the warranty earlier that day meaning I should be willing to not only pay their asking price but also I should be willing to pay money on top of that to make the $7,000.00 priced car drivable and road safe. Excuse me, but if I'm going to pay that kind of money for a car it should be at the very least safe to drive. At that point, Daniel was in full cheap used car salesman mode and he wasn't even any good at it. I knew he was trying to sell me a lemon and I think he did too but he probably thought he had me locked in because of the $250.00. He thought wrong. As I began to ask about the deposit the words had barely left my mouth and he anxiously reminded me that it was non refundable. It was then I thanked him for his time, shook his hand, and returned the Malibu key. The kicker is, the reason I'm looking for a new car is because mine was totaled in an accident 3 days prior (A fact Daniel was aware of.). So not only am I missing work, not only does my wife need medical attention, but now I'm short $250.00 because a money hungry sleaze bag tried and failed to sell me a Krappy Krug Kar. Still, I dodged a bullet so I think losing $250.00 was worth it.

Amazing Customer Service and Prices

My husband and I spent all day going to other dealers and couldn't find anyone willing to work with us. Jeff was our salesman and he was wonderful and patient while we test drove many vehicles. When we finally found the one, Ann took great care of us getting all of the paperwork done. The prices were far less than any of the other lots we had been to, and the inventory and quality of vehicles were great! Definitely recommend! and will be back the next time we are in need of another vehicle.
