I cannot believe what we experienced with this dealership! I called yesterday and spoke to Melissa in used vehicle sales and was VERY specific (with a... dollar amount) on how much we were looking to spend on a car with our daughter. She talked to me, in detail, about a car they had available (shown on website) for a higher price, telling me that it was available for the price I was looking for because a person who had put down a deposit was unable to obtain financing. Called again today and spoke to Corrine regarding same vehicle, at which time she pulled up my previous conversation history with Melissa and confirmed car was available to look at, at price we were looking for. My daughter and I made appointment and drove over to see car. We arrived early, so we went into lot, found car, and happily gave it the once over. At our appointment time, we eagerly went in and were told the salesman (Roger maybe?) would be with us shortly. When we were introduced to salesman, we told him we had already looked in car, and he told us he couldn???t ???let the car go at the price we were looking for???! What???? He immediately offered us another vehicle that was $800 over our stated budget! I told my daughter she just learned what ???bait and switch??? means! How disappointing!
