Worst customer service.
Purchased a vehicle here. Won't make that mistake again. Customer service is awful. It's been almost 50 days, still no license plate in the mail. Multiple times I have attempted to get an answer or help to no avail. Dont waste your time with this place. They don't care about you, just your money.

Emma, our records show a plate was mailed to you on 1-18-19. Your tags were ready on the 1-17-19 to be picked up which you requested them to be mailed. If you have not received your plate please contact your sales professional, he has been following up on the plate. The overall delay in the plate was a missing insurance policy for 20 days. In our particular experience, Omar was a very capable and qualified salesman who took care of our every need and desire throughout our search for a vehicle. He went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated and valued. Additionally, Chris was a very knowledgeable and experienced Finance Manager who efficiently took care of all our needs while making us feel relaxed and at ease throughout the car buying experience. We talked with several team members while we were at the dealership, and they were all very friendly and professional. With my past experience of working at a major dealership in VA, trust me when I say that this team is at the top of the game! Their transparency is key to providing their customers a good car shopping experience. We will surely buy from them again when we are in the market for another vehicle, especially since they have a really good variety of vehicles to choose from. We highly recommend this dealership for all of Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas!

DO NOT TRUST THEM
They are snakes and cannot be trusted. I will never again purchase a vehicle from them and ensure I tell everyone NOT to go here nor refer anyone because they will take any opportunity to take advantage of you. I bought a car in October and got approved and all. I agreed to one price originally and told them specifically, both my brother and myself, that I DID NOT want an extended warranty. They added one anyway on the sneak. I was called to come back in to sign paperwork that I was told had to be redone because the bank requested it due to the information being off line on the paperwork. I had no idea I was signing a warranty form along with a new service contract with new numbers on it, increasing my payment because they added their own dealership warranty for $3,000 which increased my payment and defeated the whole purpose of me buying the car in just my name and not in my brothers name. I was rushed to sign paperwork believing him when he told me there were no changes so I did not go over everything all over again and check if there were any differences. Stupid of me , yes I know. But they are LIARS and cannot be trusted, and I will be contacting my lawyer because I have messages from them and calls with dates, and proof from the bank that new paperwork was not requested. They also tried numerous banks when I requested that they only try one, or I would go through my own bank. Running my credit over and over unnecessarily when my credit was not bad to begin with. They are scam artists and the worst dealership in Jacksonville hands down. I have owned 6 vehicles and they have won the worst car buying experience because even their customer service sucks! They are rude and disrespectful when I was trying to just discuss and explain the situation, rather than them hearing me out and doing their xxxx jobs. You cannot trust an unethical company with unethical employees. I wish I could give zero stars but instead I will ensure I write bad reviews on every site I can find and I will make sure to contact the BBB because YOU SUCK!!! I hope your business fails and you lose everything because you do no deserve a xxxxxxx service business with piss poor service. It's a xxxx shame. IF YOU'RE DESPERATE GO FOR IT. We unfortunately were not but they still took advantage cuz they knew we were excited about having a brand new vehicle. SAY NO TO BOBS!!!!! Free warranty on all new mitsubishi vehicles yeah that's a xxxxxxx lie. What's a free warranty if you are still forced to buy an extended one?! Oh it don't exist.

Terrible thanks to the sales manager ?Pat?
Absolutely pathetic is the best way to describe how this went. The sales manager Pat or so he calls himself not only tried to sell a car in a manner which would cause serious litagation issues in the long run. He also threatened me with physical violence stating ? I shouldn?t let his shirt and tie fool me? with follow on profanities in efforts to dissuade a conversation about the above stated issue. Then he forwarded a deal to a point at which we left the dealership with a new car only to receive a phone call the next morning stating the deal we made was not legitimate and we had to bring the new car back. This dealership has very serious issues in management positions and I will forward all required documentation to the appropriate personnel. Even after all of this a request to speak to a real manager was not forwarded nor was anyone of any managerial position available when we brought the new car back. That being said our sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful through this entire process.
