Best Car Buying Service
I have been pushing off the car buying for a couple of years and when I walked in and spoke with Chris Lewis and his assistant Mindy I didn't feel like just another sale to them. They helped with getting me into a vehicle that fits perfect for current and future plans for my life. I know I made the right choice in going to Bob's and getting a new start to great things. POOR RUN BUSINESS
Bob's Auto Center has great trucks. However, their prices are high, and the processing fee is outrageously high. If I could give no stars I would. Bob's is friendly... UNTIL you can't agree on a price. I get that it's their job and they have to make money too. I understand that sometimes you have to let a truck go because of price. But the salesman acts immature when you can't agree on a appropriate price and insults you as you are walking out of the door... then they definitely lose my business. The salesman didn't know what he was talking about when it came to trucks. I am a diesel mechanic, and I know what I am talking about. There are better places with better prices,and with salesmen who know what they are talking about/understand that sometimes a customer is going to walk away... and they won't make immature remarks.
