I called beforehand to check tire size, they held the tire for me, and got me in and out of there within an hour. Parts guy was great, service guy was great, and the customer service has always been top notch!

Went in for a recall, oh look, water pump needs replace, double the price but quality work is guaranteed, I assume. Never looked under the hood until a day later, and reservoir is bone dry and nothing looks brand new and replaced. So now everyday I fill it with the gallon of coolant I have to keep in the back seat b/c I don't have any thousands left to take it to someone who will actually fix the problem. The worst part is the feeling of shame that hangs down my back, blocking any enjoyment as I shuffle through my life, disappointed and depressed.

Never been to an Audi dealership before and this place rolls the red carpet out for you. The car was ready for the test drive when I got there, no waiting for it to be driven around. The salesmen were very easy to work with and talk to. Very smooth and quick process buying my Audi. I plan on come back to this dealer anytime I’m in the market for a car.

Our original salesperson was peta but Perla closed our deal got us the car we wanted, the amount we needed and into financing quickly. Financing got a better rate then we expected and closed the deal quick enough that our special need adult son didn’t even get impatient!
