Went to dealership this morning for car wash while there my dash showed oil and filter change due so it too was done today. Anthony wiped down the edge around car doors that had dirt after wash . He did a fantastic job

This was my first visit to Audi Grapevine where I can confidently say I received excellent customer service for my 2022 Audi A6 Quattro, largely due to Service Manager Bill Doud. Previous service experiences elsewhere included pricing discrepancies, extended wait times, lack of communication, and missed commitments. In contrast, Bill provided clear and timely updates, honored agreed-upon timelines, and offered additional service recommendations without pressure. He also ensured transportation was arranged efficiently and maintained a professional, welcoming demeanor throughout the visit.

From the moment I called to set up an appointment at this dealership…all the way until Serviceman Anthony B. escorted me to my car when repairs wered done…they showed me the utmost respect and quality customer service. I will be back for any service, anytime!
