Purchasing a car experience was pleasant, but my last
Purchasing a car experience was pleasant, but my last experience with the service department was not good. My service guy seemed put off. Was not very pleasant did not even smile the entire time I dealt with him. They missed a couple of things on my car and I had to turn around and bring it back the following day. Very annoying and inconvenient!

Mr. Torres is a great service advisor. My check engine
Mr. Torres is a great service advisor. My check engine light has come on repeatedly (four times in the past 7 months), which made me lose confidence in Audi cars and consider selling my car for good, as it already affects my life quality. My previous service visits were not very helpful, as I felt my former advisor did not follow up with me when the required parts for replacement arrived and overlooked the fact that my car had a repeated issue. However, this time, Mr. Torres addressed my concerns and offered me the option to schedule a thorough examination when I had time. I had a much better experience this time.

Thank you, Cris. I had written this review before you agreed to meet with my husband and I. We appreciate you offering to get this figured out and remain hopeful we can. We appreciate you giving us a loaner car as you dug in deeper. Since we dropped off the car four days ago (for the second time), I have only received one brief call yesterday saying they thought a bypass hose might be a cause of the fan triggering the engine light and cooling system? When I asked questions about it, Anthony was going to reach back to me after looking further. I have not heard anything yet. I’d so appreciate an update on our A6, your progress and findings at least thus far. Thank you for responding in here.
