I pull into the Vehicle Serviced Department The None Friendly Girl Came Up To Me And Was Asking My My Name This Guy Name( Bill ) Walked Out And Started Yelling She Left Me There Hanging ,That Was So Unprofessional and Rude ,

Service tech was knowable about the concerns and presented an acceptable treatment plan that i agreed with

2019 A6 Safety Recall for rear view camera software update. Vehicle has 54K miles. Multi point inspection identified $5K of ?needed? repairs including motor mount (oppo side already relaxed in 2023), oil sensor leak, and shocks. Water pump failed in 2024. I?m seeing a trend and it?s not good.

The Service Consultant was not very professional. He was not aware of the product that is available also, try to over charge me,

Anthony Butler is my technician! He is the best. Made sure I had a loaner even though he was going to be off. Also help me navigate the cost as far as the maintenance that I needed on the car. I picked up my car, it was in perfect condition and beautifully washed!

I recently dropped my 2023 Audi ETron off at the Audi Grapevine Dealership, and the process was very smooth, from appt setting thru completion. Keith Wilwerding was professional and responsive. The Tech advisor did a great job with the inspection, sent a video explaining what was needed or recommended.
