The dealership handled everything.

The dealership handled everything. They contacted the insurance company. Dealt with the adjuster and made the repairs.

The experience was outstanding.

The experience was outstanding. The timing was great and the atmosphere was professional! The service advisor, Ethan Moran, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! The interactions with Hayley and the lady that checked us in was great.

Malachi was efficient and friendly.

Malachi was efficient and friendly. I especially appreciated him having the car ready and getting me out the door quickly. He offered a ride both ways for me without me having to ask which I really appreciated on a busy day.

Great Service experience!

Great Service experience! Was able to get an appointment same morning. Received a warm greeting as soon as I pulled into the Arrival Bay. My service advisor Heather was wonderful and was even able to provide a fairly accurate service time estimate as I waited in the nice waiting area with free coffee and snacks.

I have use the Grapevine Audi service center for about 6

I have use the Grapevine Audi service center for about 6 years. In the 6 years I have used the service center for all my car needs. On 2/18/2026 I experienced the worst customer service ever from the service advisor assigned to me. I don?t believe he represents what Audi stands for and needs additional training in communication.

Nothing against the Service Staff, but so happy to have

Nothing against the Service Staff, but so happy to have Renee back on board! He was once again: extremely professional, Courteous and totally engaged in my car being repaired right! I don?t know how he?s compensated, however he deserves every penny earned,PLUS! I have assessed that he is engine that makes that train go, my opinion!
