Worst car by experience ever! Terrible customer service. They don’t stand behind the three day trade that they advertise. We traded in our car and got a very low value and then when we wanted to switch our new car out, they said we had to do it from the cars that were on the lap instead of the group one inventory. On top of that, they said we had to do it that very day as they felt like it was so gracious of them to allow us to trade it out. Sean and financing was great. He helped me get alone with no down payment low interest and it was over the value to credit ratio that most banks don’t approve also Keith in the service department very helpful.

Car wasn’t cleaned Somebody left a half full water bottle when they gave the car to me The air pressure was off so nobody bothered to record that I never received a call on when the car will be ready

Great experience, I would recommend this dealership/service dept to everyone. Larry Tran was my service mgr and did a great job taking care of my situation. Kind, polite and was able to get me in and out quickly.

Brought my Q5 in for oil change and for a Check Engine light. They did an outstanding job and keeper me updated throughout the day. I was also given a Q5 as a loaner.

We found ourselves at Audi Grapevine one more time for another perfect experience. We get treated like family by Shaun Wangen each time we see him. He knows his vehicles, but more importantly he finds a great match. He doesn?t push the sale and is always looking out for us like a big brother.
