I was pleasantly surprised by Audi Grapevine. No one I dealt with reminded me of the car sales process of the past (sleazy) and they obviously wanted my business more than the luxury dealer across the highway. Robert was especially delightful as was Varon.

I was given a shuttle back to my house while my vehicle was being serviced. I was told I could not have a loaner, because the oil change would take 1.5 hours. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am. The car was ready at 12:30pm. I should have been able to have a loaner car for the day. The shuttle taking me back to my house was not available for 30 minutes after dropping my vehicle off.

Audi's loaner vehicle policy is generally reserved for warranty repairs and factory-recommended maintenance services, such as the 20,000-, 30,000-, and 40,000-mile service intervals. A routine oil and filter change is considered an Audi Express Service and is typically completed within 60 minutes, or up to 90 minutes if you request a complimentary wash and vacuum. Because of this, loaner vehicles are generally not provided for oil change appointments. We apologize if this policy was not clearly explained when your appointment was scheduled. We also understand your frustration with the longer-than-expected completion time and the wait for the shuttle service. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve both our communication and scheduling. Whenever I take my car in for maintenance, they manage to fix one thing while breaking another. Almost without fail, I have to turn my car back around and go back to have them fix whatever they broke. If there was somewhere else nearby for me to service my car at, I would go there instead.

My service manager, Anthony went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of when I brought my suv in for service. He even vacuumed the backseat for me.

Service advisor explained the issues in detail. I recommend this place. Can do better when it comes to light refreshments. Nothing other than coffee and water.
