My service manager, Anthony went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of when I brought my suv in for service. He even vacuumed the backseat for me.

Service advisor explained the issues in detail. I recommend this place. Can do better when it comes to light refreshments. Nothing other than coffee and water.

Service seems unfamiliar with known issues and fixes. Took my car in multiple times under warranty then once the warranty expired, now they know what the very expensive problem is. Got that fixed and now I have yet another problem that didn?t exist before service but they are denying that the car is working any differently than before -despite video evidence. Last time this happened I had to take it to a different dealership to get it fixed so I guess I?ll have to do it again. My fault for giving this location another chance. I knew better.

I had a great experience at this dealership. The staff was friendly, professional, and took great care of me throughout the entire process. The service was excellent, and the pricing was fair and reasonable with no surprises. Great service. Easy to arrive, quick service, quality people. Good environment and comfortable waiting area. Had a 10,000 mile service done. I waited while the car was being serviced.

Bought a car from them. The car has been great thus far. The complaint stems from I am 3 months out from buying the car and the accounting department and sales has been absolutely negligent in getting me my registration. I’ve had to continually reach out and ask for updates to only get the run around and garbage responses. The first registration was apparently lost by the accounting department the second is supposedly on the way… Extremely disappointed in their handling of a critical aspect of purchasing a car. Beware of having to stay on top of them every step of the way.
