The only thing I didn?t like was when the tech brought my car around, he parked in the parking spot with the cars for sale. Usually, they pull inside the building where I can just walk out and get in my car. I saw him walk in the covered pull-up part and drop my keys at the desk. Even though the young attendant offered to go get my car and bring it to me, I walked to go get my car myself.

Not happy with dealership at all. Drove over 300 miles for a car they had. They tried to sell me work tires that looked all chewed up and asked me drive it back that way. That was on 5/2. They replaced not sure if they actually did cause here we are on 5/7 and have low tire pressure on the same tire. Not to mention oil service light came on 5/4 and still dealing with that. We’re not even a week in!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern this situation caused. Safety and vehicle quality are extremely important to us, and we understand why the condition of the tires and the maintenance alert left you disappointed. The Lexus had recently been traded in, and we had already ordered a new set of tires for the vehicle prior to your purchase. Unfortunately, the tires had not yet arrived or been installed before you needed to head back home. Because the existing tires still passed inspection standards, we offered the option of having the tires replaced in your hometown and reimbursing you for the cost so you would not have to make another trip back. However, after understanding that you were not comfortable with that option, our team worked quickly to locate tires from the Lexus dealership across the street so we could have them installed before you left town. Regarding the oil maintenance alert, we do perform oil changes on all of our pre-owned vehicles as part of our reconditioning process. It appears the maintenance reminder light may not have been reset properly during service, and we apologize for that oversight. We also apologize for any lack of follow-up communication after your purchase. Your feedback has been shared with our team because we always want to improve both our communication and our customers’ experience.
