This our 4th Audi from this dealership dating back to

This our 4th Audi from this dealership dating back to 2017. The cars have all been great. The service experience has been very good too. Grapevine Audi respects your time and most of the process is handled before you ever arrive. We would highly recommend their cars and this dealership.

The text engagement initially was great- excellent use of

The text engagement initially was great- excellent use of a good ai chat. John t as a service advisor- top notch. In and out in 65 minutes- I should always come for service in an ice day! Seriously great service. Went home and brought wife’s car in unscheduled!

Great people, great service. Check in was smooth and the explanation of services was detailed and honest. Anthony was patient and took his time to listen to every concern.

After visit still have a fault on the display for left

After visit still have a fault on the display for left fog light. I told them that the left and right fog lights hlso had an error as well as the right back up light. Did they not check that all the faults were clear after replacing the right pigtail??Boogles the mind. Also asked them to check my phone number because calls were being made to my daughters cell, not mine. Occurred even after that. No loaners. Uber was fine.

Malachi was very attentive and helpful with my oil change

Malachi was very attentive and helpful with my oil change in getting me a ride to my work and getting back to the dealer for pickup. Highly recommend and treated me the best I have ever been treated at any facility. Audi Grapevine is my go to spot for my Audi every time.
