The only thing I didn?t like was when the tech brought my car around, he parked in the parking spot with the cars for sale. Usually, they pull inside the building where I can just walk out and get in my car. I saw him walk in the covered pull-up part and drop my keys at the desk. Even though the young attendant offered to go get my car and bring it to me, I walked to go get my car myself.

Anthony Butler is great! He’s quick to respond and thinks ahead. My husband and I always go to him for all of our service needs.

The service department at Audi Grapevine always meets or exceeds our expectations! Ethan and all the staff are polite, professional, and thorough.

Not happy with dealership at all. Drove over 300 miles for a car they had. They tried to sell me work tires that looked all chewed up and asked me drive it back that way. That was on 5/2. They replaced not sure if they actually did cause here we are on 5/7 and have low tire pressure on the same tire. Not to mention oil service light came on 5/4 and still dealing with that. We’re not even a week in!!!

Great service a support from the Service Center. They were very communicative. And they provided a loaner vehicle.
