I called beforehand to check tire size, they held the tire for me, and got me in and out of there within an hour. Parts guy was great, service guy was great, and the customer service has always been top notch!

Went in for a recall, oh look, water pump needs replace, double the price but quality work is guaranteed, I assume. Never looked under the hood until a day later, and reservoir is bone dry and nothing looks brand new and replaced. So now everyday I fill it with the gallon of coolant I have to keep in the back seat b/c I don't have any thousands left to take it to someone who will actually fix the problem. The worst part is the feeling of shame that hangs down my back, blocking any enjoyment as I shuffle through my life, disappointed and depressed.

Audi Grapevine is my new go to dealership. Great service. Great staff. Felix is excellent! The service manager is hands on and show great support for his crew.
