In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never met someone like Tony and his associates. I'd like to give kudos to Rita Garris (Finance Manager) for working my deal. They were very professional with customer satisfaction being a focal point of business. Tony has proven to me to have integrity, a man of his word. He went well above the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied with my vehicle purchase. He had his team to perform some upgrades with no cost to me. When I bought my SUV, Tony told me if I find something that is not up to par to bring my vehicle back and he would have it fixed. The issue was that my rear hatch door would go up automatically, but the door hatch down did not work. With no questions ask Tony had me to bring the vehicle in and his team replaced the part that was causing the issue. He truly is customer focused. Autoplex vehicles are quality. I have been searching for a Dodge Challenger RT. I saw this beautiful 2017 "dream machine" on Tony Knight Autoplex website and contacted them. I spoke with Rita who was just awesome and so helpful Tony called me and we continued the conversation. A deal was struck to trade my 2014 Dodge Charger RT I drove 5 hours from East TN. and when I arrived, Rita came out to greet me and it was like "old home week." The Challenger was absolutely perfect and as beautiful as Tony had described it. Paperwork was finished up and then Tony spent time with me going over all the "bells and whistles" and then he helped transfer my Sirius Radio, after all, I had to be able to Listen to Elvis "my co-pilot" on the way home. He also paired my phone. I have Never had such a Great Experience dealing with car dealers as I did with Rita and Tony. I am telling everyone I know and sending word to the rest that may be looking for a Late Model used car or truck, I urge you to contact Tony Knight Autoplex. They are a 10 Plus in my book.!!!!

I have waited 3 months to rate my experience. And i can say the best place i have ever had ever used to buy a car. I was in need of a solid SUV , I scrolled through the AUTOPLEX selection and wrote down 4 or 5 in question, I called Tony explained exactly what I wanted ,including price all within 7- 10 minutes on the PHONE!! That's right I went up today , my SUV was absolutely impeccably clean!! Went in the office with Matt and Rita within 30 minutes, Matt was putting on the tag!! I felt as though a boulder lifted from my shoulders, It was such a pleasant purchase, with the ease as visiting old friends!! Highly recommend!!! It's not often that you find a car dealer that's interested in what you need , wan't and can afford versus what they want to sell you. Tony is one of those dealers who actually listens to what you need and produces. I purchased a 2014 Jaguar XK sight unseen (except for Tony's ad on the Internet). To purchase a car that is located over 1,000 miles away, without test driving or even sitting in, is a pretty scary proposition but, Tony and his team are not your typical dealership. That car was exactly as advertised in primo condition. The color was right, the condition was right, the mileage was correct and the terms and conditions were EXACTLY as promised. From picking us up from the airport, to Tony's son explaining all the features of the car, to Rita guiding us through the financing with our credit union (not a simple task) and handling our out of state (Texas) registration, the Autoplex team was great. I would definitely recommend Tony and his team to anyone wanting to deal with a company that will treat you fairly, honestly and with genuine care and concern. When it's time to make my next car purchase, you can bet I'll be calling Tony one again!

From the time I drove on the lot Josh (salesman), Rita (Finance Mgr.) and Tony (owner), I felt like part of the family of Autoplex. The vehicle I found fits my needs with only minor adjustments on my part from my previous vehicle of 15+ years. A great first and now lasting impression of the family at Autoplex. There were so many common threads in our lives that we found after lengthy conversations. I also checked with different businesses around town who new Tony and heard nothing but positive comments. Naturally not everyone will have the positive experience I had however, most probably will. Like everything else in life, it will depend on the individual. I would highly recommend Autoplex as a first or even a last stop as I did if your looking for a used vehicle.
