I have had problems 2 weeks into driving my “new”

I have had problems 2 weeks into driving my “new” vehicle. Had to put it in the shop for over a week and pay $962 dollars for repairs after only paying 1 car note. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I’m sad that capitol one even sent me to them because had they not referred me I would have new knew about nexxcar let alone got a car from here. This is by far the worst experience ever! I don’t wish these troubles on anyone so I advise you all to take heed! I am reaching out to capitol one as well because they should look deep into companies before referring their own customers here. Were get with capitol one to build our credit then you get with a car lot like this and you never know what will happen next. GO TO A RELIABLE CAR LOT THAT HAS WARRANTY! I put down 5K and I have never been more depressed.

They lie and steal your gap money when you ask about a carfax they don’t give it to you when you call the finance manager he gives you the run a round never call you back the worst people

They lie and will tell you more lies they won't work

They lie and will tell you more lies they won't work with you even in important situations..tell one thing do another ..also the car they gave set didn't work and radio would change on you ..

The wait was worth the wait!

The wait was worth the wait! Tee and Scott got me exactly what I wanted. Tee communicated the entire time and assured I would get a very nice vehicle that meet my needs. Definitely go see the squad at Nexcar!

Went to this dealership, looking for a car and left out

Went to this dealership, looking for a car and left out feeling amazing about my purchase! Walking into a dealership can sometimes make you feel a bit overwhelmed, but Jay, Bishipp, and Ivan were the perfect trio and made me feel welcome as well as having some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! They Were very knowledgeable about their vehicles, extremely easy to work with, and Made this process a breeze. And don’t forget got me a deal that I couldn’t resist. Let’s just say 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Came to dealership for a specific car.

Came to dealership for a specific car. I had previously send an email indicating my intent. The vehicle was waiting for us, prepped and ready for a test drive. Jay stayed with us and answered all questions. He even tolerated my request to attempt various parking positions and road conditions. We bought the car. I was my birthday. I am a very happy man.

We were coming down to Spring, TX from Thunder Bay, ON to

We were coming down to Spring, TX from Thunder Bay, ON to purchase a 2012 F-150. Allan made the deal possible by: accepting a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle for us; being ready for us when we arrived by setting aside time to work through the deal with us; providing us with valuable advice throughout the process; coming up with innovative ideas to overcome some banking challenges we had; sticking with us until the deal was finalized; telling us when he would arrive each morning so we could prepare ourselves; texting us as soon as he arrived each morning so we could proceed over to the dealership. Would also like to give a shout out to: Scot Seim for making sure the vehicle was held for us, showing trust and confidence in us, for allowing Allan the time to spend with us, and for allowing his mechanic to fix a mechanical issue for us; The Lady at the front desk (Verna?) who helped us early on the last morning be fetching the mechanic for us and then by calling us as soon as the vehicle was ready; the mechanic (we didn't catch his name) for getting a minor but important mechanical issue worked out for us before we hit the highway to drive over 1400 miles back home; Teresa Arastu for staying is touch with us with warmth and friendship until we had the Certificate of Title in hand back home.
