They were extremely busy, probably from tax returns, and still managed to get our vehicle ready for us quickly. By far this is the best place to get a vehicle in Central Illinois! Almost 12 years ago when they opened, my boyfriend (now husband) at the time was looking for a dependable truck while he traveled to Macomb to school but also have the capability to work and hunt. That truck finally died. May "The Beast" rest in peace. We called about a new (used) truck and within 2 days ( because it was over a weekend) we were happy owners of a truck. It was exactly what we wanted and will suit our needs! The costumer service is outstanding. We felt like we were part of The Auto Link Family. My kiddos love to get spoiled by Marsha and her candy!! Speaking of kids, we have three. So you may ask, how did it go with signing paperwork in a manner of time? I gave it 5 stars. Why? Because all the paperwork was done when we got there. Just signed and was handed over the keys. Licence plates and sticker was already taken care of and financing was already established with our bank. Taking 3 small kids anywhere can be a nightmare, but not at The Auto Link!!!

They are very knowledgeable & take time to get to know you & your needs. I would & do recommend this dealership to everyone. I just recently had some repairs done & it was very reasonable.

I bought my car this year. Super fast and friendly service. I didn't have someone trying to sell me a car I couldn't afford. They got me what I wanted and that was it. No hassle or frustration. Was in and out in an hour. Love this place. Staff was super friendly and very helpful

I purchased with The Auto Link in Bartonville coming up on 3 years ago. They by far have the best customer service/sales team and best service and repair team around. Very nice and polite and they always treat you right. I have the same vehicle since then and anytime I need service on it they always take care of me. They have a customer for life, and when this one is paid off I'm coming back for another purchase! You have a great team!

The buying process is hard, at The Auto Link they walked me through the entire process. There are always there for me after the sale as well. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from there and will continue to do so. I will recommend them to everyone!
