the used car side of the dealership had a low list price...

the used car side of the dealership had a low list price for a vehicle I was interested in, so i took the bait and came to the lot since "they're not allowed to give out the door prices over the phone." of course the price went up almost 30% from their list price once we got there. after nearly after 5 hours of negotiating and back and forth, we settled on a fair price and went through the paperwork to finish the deal. then, a day after i got the car home a warning light showed up on the dash. i took it to a local dealer and they told me it was a broken electrical component and quotes me almost $1000 to fix it. the dealership here said it looked like the battery was recently unplugged, which is why the light may have just popped on. Kevin, the sales manager at Tustin GMC, was absolutely no help and offered nothing in compensation for this since "it wasn't written in the deal." i dont expect a used car to be perfect, but if these cars truly go through their '225 point inspection' prior to sale, they had to know about a broken electrical piece on the vehicle and the warning light on the dash. save yourself the time and money, and head to a reliable dealer who cares about quality customer service

PESIMO SERVICIO

Compre una camioneta GMC Sierra usada, y a la semana se descompuso de la transmisión , me dieron la garantía en motor y transmisión Ya Han pasado tres semanas y todavía no me han marcado para decirme que esta pasando Cuando llamo para preguntar por la camioneta solo se pasan la bolita unos a otros y no me resuelven nada En lo personal yo no recomiendo este lugar

Wouldn't honor advertised price

Wouldn't sell the car at the price listed here, and also on their website. Waste of time. Insisted on the 3k performance package other reviews mention. Wouldn't take no for an answer. If something is already installed, and can't be removed, it should be in the advertised price. Don't let them push you around with it.

Do not buy from Tustin GMC

Bait and switch at the highest level . Price is advertised and then when you want to buy the car they state "a protection plan is installed on the car" and you have to pay an additional $3000. Very unethical to advertise one price and charge another. I would not recommend doing business with this organization.

Scammy dealership

Not a good place, stay far away! They say one thing on the phone then they try to add a $3084 package that’s not even installed on the car. They try to even say things that the scam add-on doesn’t even cover. I now see other similar reviews. After awhile this will catch up to them since many people change cars every few years. With these tactics the dealership is already tainted since many people check online. I will end up buying out of state and shipping the car for $900 and still will be better than dealing with these fools.

Bait and switch tactics!

They advertised the cars for one price but they insisted on adding $3,000 to the price for "paint protection" I have wasted 2 days talking to them about the car. They waited until the last minute to sprinkle this surprise on me. Very poor!
