Eddy made purchasing a car seamless and effortless. He worked the numbers and prioritized my expectations to the best of his ability. The vehicle I chose only had 2 rows, I mistakenly thought it was 3 and didn’t check the rear as the online description from the website said it had a 3rd row and assumed the seats were folded down. I called Eddy and he was able to set up a trade (I didn’t ask for this, he made it happen on his own) for the same vehicle and was able to keep the payment in an affordable range. I appreciate his efforts and the efforts of the sales team as a whole. 10/10 recommend and will certainly purchase again from this location!

My husband purchased a vehicle and a week later the check engine light has come on, it’s saying service transmission, and now the air ride suspension has went out in the vehicle. We contacted them to tell them and at first set up an appointment to get the engine looked at but now it’s stuck in our driveway and they’re stating there is no return policy so a week after purchasing it. Tony keeps stating there’s no return policy repeatedly and says his salesperson scheduled an appointment with the service department which he did not, my husband had to call to get it towed into another dealership
