My husband purchased a vehicle and a week later the check engine light has come on, it’s saying service transmission, and now the air ride suspension has went out in the vehicle. We contacted them to tell them and at first set up an appointment to get the engine looked at but now it’s stuck in our driveway and they’re stating there is no return policy so a week after purchasing it. Tony keeps stating there’s no return policy repeatedly and says his salesperson scheduled an appointment with the service department which he did not, my husband had to call to get it towed into another dealership

I had been looking for a car since July, but I didn’t have a good experience until I went to Easterns Group in Sterling. That’s where I met Deon, and he was truly the best. He helped me through the entire process, even with things that weren’t part of his job. He provided all the options and helped me find the best deal. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars!

Everyone was great, but the sales guy he seemed to be more Concerned with the commission. Once the paper were signed he didn't seem to care anymore which is disappointing the Finance lady was very helpful and Tony was great
