Unsatisfied customer

The maintenance technician staff were very unprofessional, rude and will tell a quick lie to brush you off, so they don’t have to provide service for you. I actually had more than two bad encounters with the service department, and I asked to speak with management but I was steady given the run around, so I gave them a visit to find out just what I thought, the ladies was steady giving me the brush off.

Gotta see the Dr (Andy)

GREAT! Got the car I wanted for the price I wanted Matt was WONDERFULL! Really appreciated that the owner,Andy,was very interested in how my wife and I were being taken care of. Best car buying experience I've ever had! And I'm A senior citizen. I'd suggest everyone makes a trip to Evergreen Kia befor you by your next car#

I am ok with the service that got from the people

Beautiful no problems I was very happy that I had them to look after my truck I have bought more than one truck and I have been very satisfied

"The #1 Scammer Dealership.. I promise to God Not

Well first off I'm glad to know they didn't screw everyone else like they did me. Went in to finance, and was approved for inexpensive vehicle. Okay so car is used, so not looking for plastic on the floors or attached to the seats. But I was under the impression that if I purchased a used car from a supposed reputable Dealership that the last thing I would expect is a big headache. Since the pandemic I imagine they're scratching car from the bottom of the bowl to sell well that what I ended up with. I'm not going to go into specific details due to a current situation that is possibly going to reach a solution. But my advice is to please read everything in your contract, before you sign anything. They have this Bogus"Warranty that is quoted as -Bumper to Bumper which is outsourced to a company that only gives you a hassle and hard time when attempting to utilize the options they supposedly Offer. I'm a Reaching out to every person I know Including The in Ch7-Ch9- News Team to allow Consumer's like myself the opportunity to have a more Transparent View of What this place is doing as a Dealership. Better take not only a Certified Mechanic but also a retained Lawyer, because with them more than likely you'll need it.

Bad salesperson

These guys want to keep you in the dealership for hours and don't have the vehicle they place online. Went in and asked for a vehicle I seen in a ad. They claim the car had a bad motor and it was being repaired. I told them I would wait until it was repaired, they went on to try to sell me a car that was out of my budget. After telling this sales guy my budget was 10k and my note couldn't be over $225, they tried selling me a car for 14k and a note of $470 for 60 months. Evergreen kia takes advantage of the less fortunate, after you buy a car from them you're on your way to a fast REPO. Go elsewhere.

Nothing but great things to say about Evergreen Kia, Simply the best. Service..sales...all top notch. Will definiately shop here again and recommend to my friends and family!

great service

The service was phenomenal.Excellent customer service.Chris who is one of the service consultants was great.He was friendly and understanding and he took his time showing me detail after detail and even the young lady at the window was very friendly when I was making my payment.The facilities was clean and you can tell they appreciate their customers.I would definitely go back again if I need anything including buying a new vehicle from this location.Kia Evergreen is alright with me.

Stay away from this dealership

It's too late for me, but I would advise you to stay away from this dealership and especially salesman Matt. He's a crook and a liar. All he cares about is making commission. He ruin my preapproval with Capital one so he could lead me to a bad loan. I will be filing with the government against Kia on Evergreen. This is not by far over. They are going to learn why my nickname is Hurricane Katrina!
