Jessica Trevino was very helpful in helping us find an automobile for our son. We told her our situation in trading in a KIA Soul whose engine needed replaced. She showed us a used 2019 Optima first. It wasn't what we were looking for. She took us to the new cars that came in and our son feel in love with the KIA Forte GT. Jessica helped get the ball rolling for us to qualify in getting the Forte. She explained everything in detail and was.very knowledgeable in the cars. We ended up getting the car but had to come back the next day. She got the car inspected and even got the car windows tinted so we didn't have to come back at a later date. Before we drove away She informed us she already made an appointment for the 1st oil change. Thanks so much Jessica for your help.
Great Customer Service
Went to Mike Shaw Kia online to inquire about the new 2021 Kia K5. Recieved a phone call from Ruben Fuentes to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Arrived at around 10 AM, submitted my application, test drove the vehicle, and within minutes I had been approved. Left the dealer ship in my K5 around 2 PM! Ruben went above and beyond to make the Car buying process quick, and easy. He Made sure to explain all the Vehicle features, introduced every employee We crossed paths with, answered any and all questions, and surely made sure I went home in my New Vehicle satisfied! Highly Recommend shopping at Mike Shaw Kia and I definitely Recommend Mike shaws Internet Sales Consultant Ruben!

First time buyer of a new car. Tiffany helped me, she went above and beyond what you would except from a salesperson. She really helped me out with more than just a car, she treated me like a person not just a sale.
ZERO STARS!!!!This is the worst business ever!!!! I live in Dallas TX and my 75 year old grandmother lives in Rockport. She purchased a vehicle from here based on her own judgment. I wish I could've been there to advise her. Never in a million years I would think a business would take advantage of a chronically ill woman with cancer!! Just months after she had it, it broke down on the side of the road unexpectedly leaving her stranded. The mechanic said that it had years of crud that should've been caught by this dealership before they sold it to her! DISGUSTED!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
They Don't Ship
Attempted to make a purchase online. But had to have the vehicle shipped to another state. I have purchased my last 5 vehicles online and never had any issues. But Tiffany stated I had to arrange the shipping. What kind of dealership doesn't offer shipping?

Dishonest Online Advertising
I printed an online price for a vehicle that Mike Shaw Kia posted online with a final price after discount. When I arrived at the dealership, They added $1,495 to the vehicle for "paint protection and tint". Then the manager reviewing the price of the vehicle added an additional $250 to the price on top of the $1,495 which totaled to $1,745 above the online price. When I asked the sales guy about it, he said that this was the only way for them to make money. He said, that the online price was too low. Couldn't believe what I was hearing but does not surprise me as this was the second disappointing experience with this dealership. No transparency and not returning to this dealership.
worst customer service ever.
Husband and I went to go view a car only for the sales associate (Yvette) to start pressuring us stating things like "our we here to buy a car or are we here to twiddle our thumbs" along with making faces once we started asking questions. while we are happy with the car, the whole process was disappointing. Elisa from financing was the only helpful person through out the whole process. As first time buyers, we felt taken advantage of and will for sure never be returning.

The personnel working there have a great attitude. Courteous, professional and friendly. I took my car to get an oil change and to replace some filters. I waited and the wait was about an hour. They have drinks, snacks, and plugs to charge your phone. Very pleasant atmoshpere.
