I called and came in on Nov22 to discuss weak headlights

I called and came in on Nov22 to discuss weak headlights on our 2015 Altima. The bulbs were ok...the detailing shop cleaned the headlight covers and washed the car...they also noticed crummy wipers and we had them replaced on the spot. Excellent service and product support. They charged us $680 for a repair said the van was

They charged us $680 for a repair said the van was running beautifully. I picked it up on Friday. The engine light almost immediately came back on. Had problems all weekend. It died on me Monday and I had to have it towed back. They had the car for two weeks and said they couldn’t get it to duplicate the problem. I drove it for half an hour and it was already acting up. when I left, they told me if it started acting up to bring it back , but when I did they told me that it’s throwing a generic code, and if I want them to “tear back into it it could be hundreds of more dollars in diagnostics”. He said this knowing that that was going to upset me because I do not have hundreds of dollars to spend!

Buying a new car

I actually enjoyed working with the sales staff which is not always the case when buying a car. They are young yet extremely professional and polished (in a good way). I would have no problem recommending Uftring Nissan to others who might be shopping for a vehicle. My new truck arrived two weeks early, which Henry assured me never happens, sweet.

Find a different dealership.

Find a different dealership. I drove from Kansas City to be sold a 2019 Genesis G70 that wouldn't pass inspection because all Brembo brake pads and rotors were shot. Also, the rear tires were nearly bald. With Brembo brakes being super expensive, and having to replace all 4 tires on an all-wheel drive--$3300 I had to spend for it to pass. And this was after I was told they put all their vehicles through a rigorous inspection process before they are resold and put back on the road. Seems to me this dealership practices deceptive dealings, and shouldn't be trusted with anything they say. Take your business elsewhere.

This is exactly what you responded to me on Google two weeks ago and no one ever reached out to me. I'd say you don't take these matters very seriously. Yall merely use this response to save face then do nothing. It might actually be illegal for you to sell a used car that won't pass inspection if it's put on the road. Especially when all the brakes and rear tires are shot. Again, if folks knew how yall actually do business, they would likely go elsewhere. .

Let me just start off by saying that I have been buying

Let me just start off by saying that I have been buying SUVs and my family’s vehicles for years. I have never met such a great group of staff and people like the team at Uftring Nissan. They are the truly the best in the business. From the initial phone call to the follow up call. They pride themselves on the essence of real customer service. Abe the Sales manager is a true professional in a class of his own. Chris the salesman is the nicest relaxed yet attentive salesperson that one always as a customer hopes to get when going to a car dealer. Which I may add was 3 hours away from Wisconsin where I live. They are dealmakers here at this car dealership not like in my area where they make you go around in circles and plea for better deals. All you have to do is read the other great reviews about Uftring Nissan that others have posted because I sure did. It’s exactly like they say here in the reviews. Great from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this amazing dealer to all my family and friends. Thanks to Uftring Nissan for their hassle less pricing and quality vehicles that I now own the most amazing suv out here. Thank you again Abe !! And Chris for all your help. You made the 3 hour drive back seem effortless and enjoyable as I was too busy enjoying my new vehicle.

I recently purchased a vehicle was very dissatisfied that what we agreed on verbally was slid in on the paperwork and the business managers office. I was told the gap insurance would be thrown in on the deal as it turns out, they stuck me with paying for it, and denied any conversation when My wife asked the business manager actually he was kind of rude to her and said you should’ve read what you signed so I guess their word means nothing I will not buy another vehicle through this dealership. We were only talking about $800 and I’m sure they made thousands on the deal.

Very happy with Curt and the dealership

Curt found the exact car we wanted and made the deal happen. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely friendly in letting us know to reach out if we need anything. This is the 6th vehicle bought at this dealership, that should explain everything.
