Miscommunication Resolved

My husband and I found a vehicle that we liked at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia and had a great experience test driving with our salesman. Matthew (our salesman) was great. We decided on a price and the dealership agreed. We were ready to pick it up. Then, the trouble started. Apparently the GM wasn't aware I was using my own bank's financing instead of theirs, so he stopped the deal. Even though the deal had already been made and the salesman and the sales manager were aware I wanted to use my own financing. I didn't even find out until my bank guy called and told me the dealership gave him the run around. Apparently it's all because of a "miscommunication" between the sales manager and the GM. Not my fault. So then the GM says I "can" use my own bank but the price of the car is raised. No thanks. I don't do business with people who don't stand by their word. I will never recommend any Napleton's store. UPDATE: We were contacted by Ted, the general manager, to resolve the situation. He apologized and offered us the original price. We appreciated his willingness to correct the mistake and will use Napleton's again.

Friendly, excellent experience

I had a great experience with this dealership. Chris was knowledgeable and answered all our questions without pressuring us into any decision. Entire staff was accommodating. They helped us with our trade and gave us an upfront fair price on a Kia Sportage. The experience was so easy we also bought an Optima! Chris also followed up with us a few days after the sale to make sure everything was OK. I have never had that from a dealer before. I highly recommend them.

Worth the Drive!!

From the time I dropped it off until I picked it up the staff was excellent. They even arranged for a rental for me overnight. I travel from downtown St. Louis to come to this service department because it is head and shoulders better than everyone else!!

Friendly, Understanding, Helpful

I had a great experience with this dealer. They were knowledgable and friendly. They weren't pushy and only helped with things I needed or wanted. They helped greatly with my trade in due to being upside down. I would definitely come back for another vehicle.

Great experience

When we first called and talked to Mike we felt at that time we were going to purchase a vehicle. He turned us over to Jake and he listened to our concerns about what we needed to do to and where we needed to be at to purchase. We felt very comfortable. In the past we have been dedicated Toyota buyers but this time they lost our business.

Phenomenal experience

I came in for service and ended up buying my third car from this dealership. First two were when it was still Zeiser, but Napleton was extraordinary.

Clean and friendly however parking spots were bloc

Friendly, helpful only complaint was waiting i.e. Lost keys to car for demo ride and inaccurate paper work filled out and received only one set of keys which will cost me in the long run

Very good service and nice service people.

I enjoy every thing but the bill, but i realy do like your store i enjoy visiting with the service department, and the sales people!
