He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not rush me and explained everything I wanted to know about the car. When i returned for work, he recognized me and answered more questions.

I had been to 3 other dealerships and dealt with plenty of sales people in the previous weeks leading up to the purchase of my car. By far Zeiser and Larry were the best and easiest to work with. They did the deal right and with no pressure, it was a pleasure to work with them. They got me in exactly the car I wanted (and more) and beat all other pricing. I couldn't be happier all around.

This is the fourth car we have purchased/leased from Zeiser in the last year. The simplest reason is trust. You do what you say you will do, you do it with friendly, honest and forthright people that will do anything to make you satisfied. It isn't about money it is about customer service.

Melissa was a great non pressure salesperson. I have been to so my dealers and they force you to make a decide right on the spot. Melissa took her time. She was very knowledgeable on the types of cars and was very honest on telling me about the up keep. I went in looking for a hybird and ended up with the turbo....LOVE IT....thank you for all your help .

Review Of Zeiser Kia: We recently purchased a 2014 KIA Sorento from Zeiser KIA. This is our second new car purchased from saleperson Ben Robertson and we were extremely pleased with his knowledge of the cars and the time that he took to answer all of our questions. He explained all of the cars features and he made it very clear that we were to call him before and after we purchased the car if we had any questions our concerns. I purchased a 2012 Kia Optima in 2012 from Ben Robertson. I always have my vehicle serviced at this location, and occasionally stop by unannounced. What is remarkable is that BEN greets me even in the service area when he sees me, KNOWS MY NAME, and also several personal things about my family which he frequently asks. It is obvious that Ben is a Customer focused person. I have recommended several people, including family members to Ben, and I would not do that if I did not trust Ben to work with them honestly and fairly. I have purchased Cadilac and Lexus from Plaza Motors, and I never received the service and attention that I now receive from Ben. If Kia continues to provide the excellence in automobile as current, Ben will definitely sell me my next vehicle. I would not even consider going to anyone else.

I was not really in the market to buy a new car, but I was getting discouraged with the car I had. I decided to randomly stop by, just to look. The new Optima caught my eye. After speaking with the sales associates, they assured me that I could go home that day with a brand new car. And I did. It was in the price range I needed to be able to afford the monthly payments.
