Naida used car warranty games
I called and spoke to a miss genisis the receptionist. She was polite and surprisingly knowledgeable. She directed me to a salesman who could not give me an actual cash price. And no I did not ask for a discount. I specifically asked if I had to buy the warranty in order to purchase the car... Stay away!

Really good Value Actually!!
Very nice showroom! I bought i car from them back in October 2018. I am always weary of warranties but know the two best CPO warranties are through NIADA and Motortrend !! There was only 12 NIADA CPO dealers in NY and Showroom was indoors, and i compared Carfax reports beforehand with other ones. It seems showroom buys the cars with least issues. I dont review dealers until I've had the car for a year. Well, their warranty has paid off. I've gotten over $7600 paid from the Warranty for gaskets on my BMW 335 and the rear main seal. I drive hard and take it to the track sometimes too, so I knew I was gonna put pressure on the car. I've paid only $200 in deductibles on the warranty and it's paid off. If you know what you're doing, this is an awesome dealer. Make sure you buy CPO and from NIADA or Motortrend CPO dealers!!!

Very easy
The whole process was super easy was in and out with in 2hrs. Forgot to sign a paper and they sent someone to my house so I could sign it. Great!

Super Nice
I just purchased a vehicle from Showroom Auto this past weekend and I am very happy with the level of customer service I received, the young lady in the front (Genesis) was super nice and welcoming, my sales person Chris was so knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to explain the whole buying process and even gave us pointers on some other un-related things!! From start to finish these guys were really good, the vehicle is in great shape and I couldn't be happier!! Showroom Auto is a great place to buy a car!

AWFUL not to be trusted - buyer beware!!!
I would never do business with these disreputable people - pristine car they purported was a rust bucket - bad bad bad bad bad business - wasted $189 on a car inspection - the pictures online vs reality was sad - Owner Chris told me to buy a 2019 model - laughable

Mr. Paul was also hoping to walk on water like Jesus. This vehicle he's talking about is a 2005 Toyota, Paul said because we told him that the car is in good shape that should of meant that the car is in pristine condition like it just came out of the new car Showroom. Paul was yelling from the top of his lungs that we should reimburse him for the money he spent to have someone look at the car. For a 14 years old vehicle, the truck is in great shape with some rust underneath which is common for all these Japanese cars of that era. Mr. Paul is angry because our 14 years old Toyota should look like a 2019 vehicle.. Good luck, Paul take care. Read less

First of all, If you found the car you are looking for at Showroom Auto, do not hesitate to go, otherwise, the car you want will be gone in a minute and you don't want to regret that. Their inventory are in immaculate and pristine condition. Angel , the man who help me out getting the car I want went smoothly from the very beginning till the end. He is a true gentleman. In addition, Chris help me out to get approved for the loan and able to manage my monthly car payment that I can afford. I will highly recommend this dealer and definitely will buy my next purchase (BMW X5/X6 M SPORT).

Great Dealer
I visited Showroom Auto after being contacted by Sergio , I was interested in a 2016 HYUNDAI TUCSON, I made an appointment to go see the vehicle the next day, when I arrived Sergio was waiting for me, and the vehicle was ready for me to test drive, I was very impressed at the condition of the vehicle and the way it drove. They honored the price that was advertised and he explained that the vehicle was Certified and it came with a 10 year, 100,000 miles warranty which made me feel completely comfortable with the purchase. I then met with Chris in the finance department whom was extremely professional, and explained everything in detail, My payments were lower then I expected and of course that made me very happy. So I urge everyone who needs a vehicle to take the time and pay Showroom Auto a visit , You will not be disappointed.

Really Happy
Bought a 2016 Jetta from Showroom Auto 2 weeks ago, couldn't be happier with my purchase!! The vehicle drives great and the car is really in good condition!! My experience with these guys was really positive, they were nice, patient and their inventories are all really in good condition. This review is my way of saying Thank you! Poor Customer Service
I’m someone who relies heavily on reviews just to get a feel of what I’m getting myself into. I’m not writing this review to ruin business or hinder it in anyway so I won’t name names. I’m simply telling what our experience was like and I would not send anyone else to this dealership because of the treatment we receive. It’s up to the buyer to decide I’m just here to honestly express our dissatisfaction. I hope yours is a lot more enjoyable than ours. My husband and I saw a car that we really loved for an unbelievable price and we called once or twice to find out about the vehicle to make sure it was still available, confirm the price we saw on-line was accurate and what not and we were told numerous times the car was available even up until two hours before our visit to the dealership however when we got there, the sales rep told us the car had been sold two hours prior to us getting there. As you can imagine, we were upset but whatever it happens, you can’t always control certain things I guess. Now we probably would have stayed and continued searching and could probably have been convicted into buying another car but instead of the sales rep brung understanding, or even polite he arrogantly told us too bad and first come first served despite whatever appointment is made. I fully understand people make appointments and don’t stick to them that’s fine but at least if it was explained to us politely that although appointments are made cars are sold on a first come first served basis we would have been understanding and again probably purchased another vehicle. It’s business we fully understand that. My husband was irritated and explained to the rep he felt misled and the rep responded by saying “get over it” and told him look for another car because the car they listed was one in a million and he’d be wasting his time searching for another one with the same or even similar qualities. My husband politely expressed he really had his heart set on that vehicle as we drove an hour there to see it after being told that morning it was still available and the rep responded by saying “you gotta move on from that. That’s the only car in the planet you want? You can’t look st something else? You’re never gonna find another one like it” at that point I had to take my husband and walk out. We were highly annoyed we went there to buy a car not shop and while we understand some things are beyond their control common courtesy and proper business etiquette could have and should have been shown. We brought a very generous down payment and we’re excited to finally get rid of our old car.

Very well Done
All I can say is Good Job, the staff of Showroom was very nice and well spoken. Really nice place and really nice cars, was quite impress made the purchased and thus far I am very happy to have chosen them.
