I had a much better experience here buying my car than I

I had a much better experience here buying my car than I expected. The haggling was less than desirable since the first offer we got was for MSRP, but in the end we were able to negotiate a deal that I am happy with.

This was the most positive car purchase experience I have

This was the most positive car purchase experience I have had in my entire life! From the moment Nathan picked up the phone to help me make an appointment to the next afternoon when he helped me purchase the car of my dreams, he was kind and patient. I appreciate his hard work as well as Will in financing and manager Logan's ability to help me find a price I could afford in a crisis time.

Jose was so helpful with my request.

Jose was so helpful with my request. He was very knowledgeable about the RS5 Audi I was interested in. I could not say enough about his good attitude, professionalism and honesty. Jose went above and beyond for me and is a valued sales rep!

Absolutely the best experience I ever had any dealership. Team at Niello is awesome. The Dealership is clean, and comfortable. Andrew was fabulous, we got to know each during the process and it helps that we had somethings (photography) in common.
