It was my first time at Niellos as we just got our 2022 Volkswagen Atlas in Feb 2025. Matt was so nice and the service was quick and painless! Loved it so much and thank you tons!

I had to get my windshield replaced.

I had to get my windshield replaced. I dropped off my car at 10:00 am. Brandon helped me with everything. He made the drop-off process simple and seamless. The only hiccup was when I was trying to get my pre-scheduled loaner car; since I was under 25, the loaner couldn't be put in my name. I had my father come out, we put it under his name, and we went on with our day. The loaner car was a higher trim, brand-new VW Atlas. The car was done ahead of schedule, later that day. They let us pick it up the morning after. So far, the windshield is holding up, all my systems are working fine, and the car is still in one piece—thumbs up for service.
